I want to add to the review, before the new year, everything went crazy, they ordered 46-60 items, there was nowhere to store them, they put empty boxes, garbage, dirt in the hall, of course... The fitting rooms were moved, the goods were also stored behind them, there was little space, or rather it did not exist at all. I don't understand why not use courier delivery if you have 60 positions? They did not have time, there was no place to store the goods and, without warning, they were distributed to other points. It is terribly inconvenient to come to your point, stand in line and find out that you need to go somewhere else to pick up your purchase, well, so-so....
The pick-up point is good, there are booths for fitting. The girls work fast. If there are a lot of people, then they work together. There are no complaints about the pick-up point itself or the staff, only positive emotions. But the porch is a horror. If it rains or snows, then you can get hurt on this porch.
Sometimes one of the girls has an angry mood, but I understand everything, I witnessed how some people communicate terribly with the staff.

One man hit the back of his head on the corner of the step. At the same time, there is not even an announcement and warning signs that it is slippery!!!!
2. The staff is not friendly, rude. He doesn't like his job.
3. Magically, my order was divided into two pick-up points. How's that? Yes, one more product was issued at this point, and the second one was inexplicably redirected to Filimonov Street, 40 minutes away from my place of residence. I asked, why did it happen, why wasn't they warned? In response, they said: because!
No explanations, and even rude. I advise you to use another pick-up point so that you don't have to drive around the city and collect your orders either.
