Excellent staff, attentive, find products quickly. But there are always huge queues, this problem has been going on since the summer, or even earlier. Install another laptop, why don't several employees have to process orders from one laptop? If the item is so popular, then maybe managers should make at least a little effort and provide enough equipment?
I've never left reviews anywhere, but I just couldn't stand it.
There are no questions directly to the service and the staff of the pick-up point, I generally do not understand how it is possible to work quickly in such an atmosphere.
The pick-up point itself is a tiny room, half of which is occupied by two unfortunate fitting rooms, the rest is occupied by goods for delivery and return back to the warehouse.
The goods are everywhere, piled on top of each other, occupying a narrow corridor where people are crowded in anticipation. Poor employees crawl all over the room in search of the right position, and visitors help them with this.
This description is available all year round - it doesn't matter whether it's the peak of the holiday season or an ordinary summer day. Approximately one and a half square meters remain to accommodate visitors, and that is already outside the point - usually it is a corridor at the exit.
And once again, while waiting in a queue of 15 people, I looked at a poster on the wall of this pick-up point asking me to leave feedback without relying on the quality of the product, delivery time, etc.
And then I had a question.
And, actually, what kind of assessment can be given to this misunderstanding, and most importantly for what?
For waiting at least 15 minutes? Or for the fact that, thank God, I fit in the hallway waiting for my turn, and not outside in the rain?
The flow of people is consistently huge, open a second point, or look for more space, take action.
I hope the staff will not suffer from this review, a question for the owner of the point.

The employee gave my product to another person, he did not check it and left, they wrote off the money from me. They asked me to wait until he returns it. I left a complaint. After the person returned the product, they called. When I came to pick up the goods, we ran into the fact that I left a complaint, because they are fined 100 rubles, and they monitor their rating. And in general, I had to keep a close eye on my product (which was given to the person standing in front of me).
The point is small in area. Two booths for fitting. There are a lot of people, but the staff works quickly. They are always friendly and polite. It's a pleasure to visit.

I've never written such bad reviews, but I'm getting impatient. You can switch employees! Only one woman of 30+ years old works normally, she is the most beautiful. The rest work very slowly, especially the girls with strabismus and the red-haired one. They constantly lose goods and search for them for a very long time, it even happens that they do not find them and people have to abandon the remaining goods, because they themselves are losing patience. There was a moment when my 2 things were searched for 5-10 minutes.
There are constant long queues that end right on the street.
I even often encounter long queues for rejections of goods, there is no place for this in the World Bank itself.
And so it is, all the time. In general, I do not recommend this place. It is better to order on another website.

A small PVZ point with two fitting rooms, a coffee shop is located inside, you can pass the time while you are sitting in line. The staff is polite, calls the location, readily answers questions. There is a bus stop nearby and 500 meters from the metro station Kovalskaya Sloboda.
Friendly staff and no long queues. The pick-up point itself is small. Parcels arrive there in one piece and very quickly. There's nothing to complain about :)
