I can't fully understand why some people write such negative reviews, how many times I went to this pick-up point, everything was always fine, the workers are smart, they try their best, given the influx of people and goods, and if you receive a defective product, then you don't need to blame the people who give it to you, because they don't give it to you. we sent it, in general, addressing our society, I ask you to show patience and understanding to the staff, I think everyone has seen how much work they have, they are also people, they can get tired, please note that the point works without lunch breaks, etc., personally I adore this point and its staff, it is located comfortably near home I repeat that the girls there work amazing, they are always ready to help despite the influx of people, I hope for the understanding of the people, so to speak, be people first of all, thank you again for this point, you are the best, patience to you.

Employees came and started receiving goods, they waited until the goods were given 20 minutes, because one employee could not find the goods in the warehouse,two employees also joined the search, they also searched for a long time, as long as possible, 3 people searched for the goods for a long time, and not a small bag of some kind, but a large mattress, okay this,we will survive, but go out and look for excuses by the fact that they have one PVZ for the entire area, when people know how to use the map and see that there are already 4 of them on the map, without leaving the area, and also be careful that your goods may not be damaged in the road itself at the storage site, since so throw out boxes in boxes of goods in front of those who came for their goods, there is even more noise in the warehouse from how they threw goods when they were looking for ours!!!!
Both for the owner and for the employees, advice and teachings, so that the goods can be quickly found, they need to be stacked wisely!the racks are divided by numbering, everything that starts with 1 on some shelves, and 2 on the other, I hope you understand, and if you want to be even smarter and faster, the rack is divided into three levels, one level is single digits, the second level is two-digit, well, level 3 is three-digit and more (and so if you throw everything to throw everything in one pile, then of course you will never cope with the flow, and simpler faces, and smile, because a smile is the flagship of your PVZ for people like us:D
