Employees change frequently, slow work. Today, 02/04/2024, an employee of the pick-up point spontaneously made a payment for the goods. I did not have time to try on the product, while I receive a payment notification. When asked why the payment was made without my consent, instead of apologizing and offering a way out of the situation, I received rude treatment from an employee in the form of obscene language. As a result, an appeal to the complaint book. The paid product did not fit, we had to issue a refund. The employee picked up the product. And whether the refund was issued or not is known only to the employee of the pick-up point. The application does not show that a refund has been issued. The phone number of the point is incorrect.
Other PVZ work much faster. I ordered for this item for the first time and regretted it 100 times. Goods for days (!!!!!) they are lying at the pick-up point with the status "Unloading by the driver to the PVZ" and already marked "Delivery is delayed". I've been waiting for a status change for two days now 🤬
On other PVZ, it takes 10 minutes from the status "Unloading by the driver" to "Ready for delivery". Why the goods hang on this point for days is a big question. If you need urgent delivery, then never order for this item.

The standard WB item. Not the first freshness. There are only two fitting rooms, which is very inconvenient, sometimes you have to wait for 15 minutes. The girl who gives out the goods is very nice😊
One disadvantage is that there is only a staircase , so if you are with a child, you will either have to leave the stroller outside or lift it with your own hands .

It's dirty. the staff is slow. closed in the middle of the day (there is no information about lunch and breaks). I'm standing from 16:00 to 16:15 already, why are they closed is unclear.

In different ways, sometimes everything is fast and clear, and sometimes there is a break for 45 + minutes, then goods are lost on the PVZ, then you can't pass, because the boxes are all over the item.
The second time I order to the address of this point and again the goods are at the pick-up point for the second day. They work very slowly. And then they write that the shelf life is limited.
Rude girls on the delivery of goods. It's a very dirty room. And the main disadvantage for me personally is that I come again, but the pick-up point is closed for a technical break. In such situations, it is useless to wait - employees arrange long breaks.
