The employee of this branch is very rude and impolite. For the umpteenth time, she demonstrates her "excellent" mood to visitors. One parcel out of 5 was not given to me (the barcode was the same for all purchases). Unfortunately, I noticed this later and now the paid parcel is lying somewhere in the warehouse. There is nothing the warehouse worker can do about it 👍🫠
