The employee (a woman with black hair) is very rude. When serving, he talks on the phone, slowly issues orders and talks boorishly (makes remarks to customers). It's not the first time I've noticed how she interacts with people. People shouldn't work in maintenance if they don't like this job.
The pick-up point is often dirty, stuffy, and you want to get out of the room as soon as possible

I don't know how you can rate a pick-up point below the top five if you only come there to pick up things)) Pleasant staff work, they have never been rude. After several years of visiting, I have already got used to them, I do not perceive other pick-up points.
