I constantly order goods on Wildberries. It's great that there is such an opportunity.
The service at this pick-up point is top notch. Employee Elena is always in a good mood, smiling and friendly. You come there like you're visiting a good friend.It's clean, cozy, and if there's a queue, it moves very fast.
I recommend.

There are always good employees, especially Elena, but there are always a lot of people, little space and 2 fitting booths. And here, a new PVZ - 3 booth has opened very close and there is practically no one. But the employee at the issue (a young man) takes out each order from the packages himself under the camera and waves them in front of everyone's nose (and my underpants too) in parallel, figuring out whether this thing is for me or for the child. I was impressed. And returned back to this pvz to stand in line

7.07 24 at 20 o'clock I came to the Point on Filimonov 2 , the room is small , the queue is huge , stuffy, I began to open the door for air flow , a WB employee in a boorish form forbade me ! When my turn came, she nervously took out my order , dropped the box and broke it , did not want to admit it, I asked her to identify herself in a rude way , refused , the dreadful residue remained ! I don't want to go there anymore!

I don't like this pick-up point, queues form at any time, the room is small and stuffy. On holidays, the queue is even on the street.
