There have never been any problems with the staff of the pick-up point, everyone is always friendly and courteous.
But on 01.09.24, there was a young girl on shift who should learn manners from her colleagues. When returning the T-shirt, she found a barely noticeable stain (not ours, of course) and poked at it with the words: "Don't you see?! I'm not going to accept it."
It's clear that according to the rules, we really have to issue a refund at home for this, since we opened the package not in front of the camera, but the tone and communication of the girl just outraged.
If a person does not like people in general, then it is probably not worth working and broadcasting your negativity to others.
Teach employees not to rush to make payments. They refused the product, and the employee says that they have already done everything. But then the disputes over the refund? There are no questions about the PVZ, the convenient location and everything is good, which I cannot say for the employees.
