It was the first time I came to Moscow, and it was also the first time I came to the White Rabbit Restaurant.
Moscow feels very good to me, there are many gentlemen and beautiful ladies.
I am very satisfied with the dishes in this restaurant, and the menu is available in Chinese, which makes me feel happy.
But at the end of the checkout, there were some vignettes. I don't know the name of the waiter who paid the bill. He was obviously impatient, and he clearly knew that we were Chinese, because he asked us whether we should use Unionpay or a Russian bank card when paying the bill.In the end, he pushed us away because we didn't understand what he meant. In fact, there are many ways to express it clearly, but he was very impatient. I was very disappointed in the service of this restaurant because I think he is suspected of racial discrimination.

莫斯科给我的感受非常好，有很多绅士与漂亮的女士。

但在最后结账的时候，发生了一些小插曲，我不知道那个买单的男服务生叫什么，他很明显很不耐烦，而且他明确的知道我们是中国人，因为他询问我们买单时要用银联还是俄罗斯的银行卡。最后他是把我们推走的，因为我们不理解他说话的意思，其实有很多种能表达清楚的方式，但他非常不耐烦，我对这家餐厅的服务很失望，因为我觉得他有种族歧视的嫌疑。

The way they deal with me. It’s not professional I book on 8 of December I make my reservation at 7:40 PM. At that day. I called them and one day before I called to confirm my booking they say to me that they don’t find my booking. It shows on my phone call histories that I called at 7:40 p.m. on 8 December, and simply the woman couldn’t answer me and she was shocked that I even give her the correct time and she hang off the phone on me now nobody is answering me. That’s not a professional way to deal with a customer bottom line they lose a really important client for us as workers in Kuwait embassy. We realize the unprofessional way to deal with customers we stick by the rules we make the reservation, but good luck with that.
