Delicious homemade breakfasts every day.
There were flaws in the room, in the form of tired repairs, a mattress on the bed and a dirty bathroom. On the third floor there is a stunning view of the whole city. There are tables on the terrace, you can spend time there.
The area where the guest house is located is quite quiet and comfortable. The metro is about a 10-minute walk along the authentic streets of Tbi 😍🔥

A great place for a long or short vacation in fabulous Tbilisi. We stayed at this hotel last year and after the impressions of the previous year, there were no questions where to stay. Now we are fans of this place.
The terrace on the third floor is the best thing that could have happened to us.
In the afternoon, walks around Tbilisi or trips around the region, and in the evening: wine, strawberries and gorgeous views of Tbilisi.
Delicious and hearty breakfasts.
Clean linen and towels.
Comfortable mattress and pillows.
And the staff: you feel care and attention, sincerity, they always smile at you and help you in everything! If you're thinking about going here? Don't think! It's amazing here.

Well, at the time of registration, I was offered to cancel my booking for Booking and pay 20 GEL less in order not to pay interest, I did not see anything in it and agreed. In short, the room had 2 towels per person, and the bathroom was full of soap and shower gel in large jars. There is no air freshener, the hood does not work well. The pressure in the cheap cabin is good, but the handle of the watering can is broken. Ants seem to be walking in the corner in the evening.... In the shower, ants, from where and where?? There is also a mini kettle and two glasses, I almost forgot
Bed linen! We slept on a duvet cover, that is, its size is not enough and you are always on the mattress. My pillowcase had someone's bloodstain on it. The second, this single bed was also shot by a former duvet cover)) The refrigerator did not freeze, it made terrible noise, there was always a puddle of water in it.
LOCATION!!! It's very, very far away. It seems on the map that it is nearby. To get to Metekhi, go through the forest-field, across the bridge over the railway tracks for 20 minutes, it's down, phew. We walked once and only took a taxi.
Breakfast... well, very budget. If you came out later, you ate everything delicious) Eggs, sausage, one morning buckwheat, the other pasta, cheese, pancakes were delicious) the other morning fried bread with egg. Tea is only black from the kettle, there is no packaged tea. Coffee is also poured into a glass. Cottage cheese, sour cream and circles with milk were two in the morning. On the third we left before breakfast.
I can say one thing, a taxi is a cheap place for me. But for him to be wow no. And the room is not very comfortable. There is a shared balcony and a veranda above. It's more of a guest house, not a hotel) That's how it will be more honest and clear what level to expect.

We stayed at the hotel together with my husband in a 2-bed room on the second floor. A modern and beautiful hotel. Clean, cozy, bright rooms, snow-white linen. A magnificent shower with hot water. For the guests of the second floor there is a separate large common veranda with tables and chairs, it is pleasant to sit in the evening, a beautiful view of the Holy Trinity Cathedral. We walked to the city center on foot, if you are in a hurry for excursions, for example, you can order a taxi within 4 GEL. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. During the week we stayed at the hotel, they became like family to us.)It was my husband's birthday on the day of departure. A pleasant surprise was a gift from the hotel-a magnificent homemade wine.
If you like privacy, we recommend that you book a room on the 3rd floor with its own cozy balcony. The hotel is not bad. The room is small, but there were four of us there. Of course, the cot was superfluous, but they were glad for that, because there was absolutely nowhere to settle in their favorite area. The breakfasts are good and there is a kitchen on the ground floor, you can cook there yourself. Near the cafe there is a homemade kitchen with my beloved aunt Inga. We are satisfied.

Overall a good place. We lived here with our daughter for 4 days. The hotel itself is nice, the territory is small, but well maintained. The views are beautiful from the terraces. Breakfasts are weak, it's better to come to the very beginning, otherwise you can leave completely hungry, as happened on our first day. The employees are nice, they helped if they asked. Our room inside was tired, in need of repair, but generally acceptable. Nice, quiet area. Not far from the center on foot or by taxi, which is very inexpensive here!

A cozy small, family-run hotel. You can spend a couple of nights. Breakfast is weak. Convenient location. But it's better to get there by taxi. Very steep uphill climb. Gorgeous view of Tbilisi from the terrace on the 3rd floor.

Bright, clean, cozy hotel, friendly staff and delicious breakfasts!
And what is very important for Georgia)) it was warm out of season (the batteries were working) and the hot water in the shower was really hot, and not barely warm as in many other hotels.

We stayed with a family, took 2 rooms - double and triple on the 2nd floor.
It's a very decent place.
Next time I would stay here again. Friendly, friendly staff. The rooms and the lobby are clean and tidy. Only in the bathroom one of the light bulbs did not work.
A small buffet line is served for breakfast. The set is essentially like at home. Muesli, breakfast cereals, sandwiches, salads, sweets for tea/coffee. Boiled sausages and boiled eggs.
The location is also very good. We walked to the center, including going from there to the famous Tiflis baths.
In general, I recommend it!

Don't read it if you see bad reviews for it! This is nonsense!!! We were in it 2 weeks ago! Super new, clean, well-maintained hotel, cleaning every day in the rooms, breakfast is normal! Polite staff! There is homemade wine! SUPER WINE! The taxi driver brought GIVI there, and took her away from there. Anyway, if you are a rotten major, you are not there, if you are a normal person, you will like everything!
