A great place for a long or short vacation in fabulous Tbilisi. We stayed at this hotel last year and after the impressions of the previous year, there were no questions where to stay. Now we are fans of this place. The terrace on the third floor is the best thing that could have happened to us. In the afternoon, walks around Tbilisi or trips around the region, and in the evening: wine, strawberries and gorgeous views of Tbilisi. Delicious and hearty breakfasts. Clean linen and towels. Comfortable mattress and pillows. And the staff: you feel care and attention, sincerity, they always smile at you and help you in everything! If you're thinking about going here? Don't think! It's amazing here.

Friendly owners. Guided tours can be arranged upon request and, in general, are always ready to help with any question. Delicious homemade breakfasts every day. There were flaws in the room, in the form of tired repairs, a mattress on the bed and a dirty bathroom. On the third floor there is a stunning view of the whole city. There are tables on the terrace, you can spend time there. The area where the guest house is located is quite quiet and comfortable. The metro is about a 10-minute walk along the authentic streets of Tbi 😍🔥
