Cons: the contingent of the hotel is about 10-15% Russian-speaking, the rest are Poles, Germans, Turks, Scots, etc. 3-4 people speak Russian from the staff. The pool is cramped, 135cm deep. The hotel has thought out everything to the smallest detail😀 The first thing I want to note is the interior, a stunningly huge beautiful chandelier that decorates all 6 floors of the hotel🔥🔥🔥 Stairs, foyer, reception, aquariums with big fish, terrace, restaurant, spa, rooms🔥🔥🔥 Cleanliness and order everywhere))) The rooms have everything you need, cleaning and changing of towels and bed linen every day. The food is very tasty and varied, fruits, sweets, sometimes rolls, crayfish))) Service💯 The staff are all very friendly and friendly👋😍 The only thing is, few people speak Russian, but we did not come to Russia for a vacation))) But we have practically learned English🤗))) It was more difficult to communicate with those who do not know either Russian or English from the staff😳 But this is not critical either))) The beach is 1 minute away via an underground passage. The beach is very large, there is enough space for everyone, there are absolutely all sun beds with mattresses😀👍 There are umbrellas, tables))) About the pool, I will say that it is small, there is not much space around it, the water is very warm, I would say hot. But by and large the pool is not really needed, there is a sea))) The sea is beautiful, very warm, clean, very convenient access by the ladder, which is located at the pier))) we used it all the rest period))) Spa: from what is free: swimming pool until 18.00, sauna (from 9.00 to 11.00 and 15.00 to 16.00), exercise equipment, all other services are paid. I took a Thai massage, 3 treatments for 110 dollars, not cheap of course, but I really liked it, I recommend the masseuse Armati😀👍Billiards, tennis, animation. About animation: beginning at 21.15, disco for children, from 21.45 to 23.00 - shows, entertainment, karaoke, small concerts. The bar is open.
