I am outraged!!! At 2.08.24, my mother Musina K. 75 years old, a heart patient with a stand, signed up for a non-emergency appointment, came to the reception in the heat, but it turned out that the doctor was ill and we were not warned that for not taking patients seriously for free admission (a pensioner). If this was a paid appointment, all the Rules would have been followed long ago. It's just awful. I asked them to send me for an X-ray, but they didn't do that either.
