So far, the best hotel of all, which had a friendly and caring staff, a lot of activities, animation team special thanks, varied food, lots of fruits and berries, every evening shows, contests, parties, the beach is small but beautiful and without big stones, there is a gym and an indoor pool next to it, there is relax pool without children with a very beautiful view, as if the pool merges with the sea, there are many areas where you can sit, there is a bar and a coffee shop near the pool (in the second one it is very cool to sit during the day when it is hottest)
For the first time, there are no complaints and disadvantages at all🥹

The hotel is wonderful, the staff is friendly, but not everyone speaks Russian. It is located in the village of Turkler, on the first line, next to the shopping street.Very clean everywhere. The room is cozy, a large comfortable bed, there is a tea station, a safe, cosmetics. Everything is updated daily. There is a restaurant, lobby bar, tea house, bar and cafe next to the pier, ice cream and Burger king. The restaurant has food for every taste, fresh and delicious, meat, chicken, fish, seafood. Vegetables, fruits of all kinds. Very tasty pastries and national dishes. The animation is unobtrusive, mostly in German. There is live music and shows. Fans of Russian parties will be bored. The room is comfortable, cozy, clean, lots of outlets, several levels of lighting, plenty of space. When we arrived at the hotel, a Russian-speaking girl Alsou met us at the reception. She explained everything, told me. We settled in right away, which was very nice after a night flight. The entire hotel staff is simply sincere. In the main restaurant, a large selection of dishes. Lots of fruits, sweets. I think everyone can choose according to their taste. We are leaving the hotel on 07.07.23. The rest was wonderful! The hotel completely satisfied us in all respects. The hotel is newly renovated! a small one is a plus for me. Cleaning is done every day, the hotel's guests are Europeans, Russians and Turks. There was only pleasant interaction with both the guests and the staff! Everyone is very pleasant, helpful and good-natured. For food - fish, turkey, chicken, lamb every day. During the 11 days of rest, there were mussels once. The food is delicious. Alcohol in the bar in the hotel building is imported. Champagne 👌🏻. The men were drinking black label. By the pool and the beach, it seems to be only local . The animation is good, unobtrusive. Discos on the pier, several shows in the amphitheater - I liked it. There is a Russian-speaking girl Alsou at the reception! Above all praise, he will always help you. Russian Russian is spoken by all the staff +, in the animation, most of them are Russian/Russian-speaking. The gym is more or less, not all simulators work, the kondey works so-so.
We rented a car for a day, drove to Sapadere Canyon (45 km), walked in Alanya (20 km) in the area of the red tower, the old port city is a beautiful place, went to Side (20 km).

But the baklava is excellent! 5+ The room is not washed often, the bed linen was changed only twice in two weeks in such a climate: humid and hot. Although the rules of the hotel stated that bed linen should be changed every three days. Towels were changed every day. The service is a solid four out of five.

During the week of rest, we did not have time to try everything even once - such a variety of dishes. The chef is worthy of all praise. The waiters are polite and helpful. The food will satisfy every taste. They also relax with kids of all ages. In addition to a variety of dishes of European and Turkish cuisine, fruits, strawberries, watermelon are served - everything is ripe and delicious. There has never been pandemonium in the restaurant, everything is very dignified and sincere. It will be a joy for the ladies to see and taste delicious desserts with berries and fruits, cakes, pastries, oriental sweets and even honey in honeycombs. Bread of many types and different pies with buns will please everyone. Once again, bravo to the chefs! The area is well cleaned everywhere. The beach is sandy, small, but clean. All pools are clean and comfortable. A very cool pool on the pier overlooking the sea. The sea was still cool, no more than 20 degrees. Spring is long this year. However, everyone was perfectly tanned and rested. The animation is decent. There is a hammam, a hairdresser, a massage therapist. Table tennis is available. Various bars will please you. There are a lot of Europeans in the hotel who drink and sour by the pool all day, which causes long queues at bars and always busy sun beds by the pool. In general, everything is civil, animation is normal, there is a hookah bar, you can ask for a hookah to the sea - ask for our tobacco, they are there😉
Behind the hotel there is a bazaar and the village of Avlasar, not far from Alanya, a very good place if you take a car.

The beach is beautifully equipped, sun beds, towels, umbrellas - all this is there. The beach and the sea are located in the hotel area, you do not need to go far anywhere, everything is nearby. There is also a hydro pool with panoramic sea views, a mini restaurant where you can sit and eat a "late" breakfast. Until 5 o'clock you can have lunch: burgers, pizza, Viennese waffles, fruits, spirits and drinks. I strongly advise you to go to this hotel, with a nice, helpful staff who are ready to help with any problem and in any matter. We read the reviews below that somewhere there was something I didn't like about him, probably this is pickiness. But it seems to me that you can find disadvantages anywhere if you try hard. We didn't see any obvious ones.
And so, the room was cleaned by pressing the "make up" button near the bed, towels were put on the floor, they were changed to clean ones, and a bottle of water was brought to the room. The first drinks that are in the mini-bar are already included in the price, but if you drink and need an additive (except regular water), it's already for an additional fee, but to be honest, there was plenty of water, since bars and a restaurant with unlimited food and drinks are open from morning to night.
We had a standard room, very decent, there are no "Soviet" rooms in this hotel, the system was ultra all inclusive, it seems like the difference was that there should have been not only local alcoholic beverages, but only local ones were poured here. They are quite decent, but I can't say that they have a grandiose effect of intoxication, perhaps this is on purpose so that people don't "get drunk" and then don't do stupid things. We came to relax, swim, sunbathe, so it didn't bother us very much)).
About beach holidays: cards are issued for each resident, you hand over cards on the ground floor, they give out towels from 10.00, at 19.00 you return towels, the next day it's clean again, and so every day!👍
The food buffet is huge, you could always find meat dishes: beef, chicken, turkey. There were also seafood and fish dishes. There are a lot of vegetables, vegetable salads, but with fruits so-so, it seems to be, but it seems to be unripe, but I ate watermelon:)
