But as everywhere else, after the payment, the interest in you disappears. But I'm still in touch.
But after the arrival of the car at the SVH, there is a very simple answer - the documents are in the 25th window. And that's all the work. Alas, no further assistance is provided, the manager does not pick up the phone, does not respond to the message.
Where to pick up the car keys - you look for yourself, there are not enough documents in the 25 window - also by yourself. I tinkered, but I managed. Of course, you can tweak the customer service after the car arrives at the SVH, but maybe I'm wrong.
Although, my colleague brought cars through them, there were complete instructions and guidance even on the SVH (where to go, which docks are needed). It probably depends on the manager who runs the project.
