I do not advise contacting this clinic? At least with the surgeon. 07/16/24 I explained to the surgeon on the phone that I have a formation above my eye that needs to be removed. The surgeon announced the cost. I asked to give up the cost because I am disabled. The surgeon agreed. 07/17.24 he took a quick look and said it was an abscess. I recommended Vishnevsky's ointment. At least I got the money back for the consultation. This "abscess" has become even bigger! 07/28/24 the regional hospital SAID THAT THIS IS AN ATHEROMA, IN WHICH VISHNEVSKY OINTMENT IS NOT ALLOWED!!! 07/28/24 at the ID Smart clinic, I had an atheroma removed. As a result of this negligence, the scar will be larger. In addition, the atheroma became inflamed and I was prescribed antibiotics, which is harmful to the body. So the surgeon is here or an ignoramus who cannot distinguish an atheroma from an abscess. Or is money more important to him than human health
Western Clinic is a medical institution where we have been insured for more than 5 years. It is distinguished by a new, good five-storey building equipped with fairly modern medical equipment. There is a good medical staff, an excellent treatment room, a day hospital, a good laboratory with the opportunity to undergo many tests, besides completely free of charge if you are insured. The pharmacy provides most of the necessary medicines on site. In 5 years, I had to buy medicine from another pharmacy only once. Of course, there are cases of customer dissatisfaction, but there is no way to do without it. Good health to all for many years to come!
Minuses : there are no electronic cards for private patients. Which is very strange.
I had to explain several times where and when I went.
The period between the first and the second(!) the doctor explains the reception, not the reception. This is the confusion about the date, which is important.
And it's like you haven't heard about the ethics of communicating with the patient. I took the receipt at the reception, the cashier asks to whom. They sit 1-2 people apart and cannot approach each other to clarify. They started shouting and already everyone around knows who I'm going to.
Kindly, it is impossible to generalize the professionalism of specialists, but you can find everyone by profile. Tests, ultrasound, CT, as they say, any whim for your money.
Polite, attentive, questioned everything, clarified everything, listened to everything that was necessary.
I sent them for those tests and studies that are necessary.
I apologized for the queue. In general, I recommend a good doctor.
About the clinic now. There were no problems with X-rays in the dressing room, reception and laboratory. Everything is polite, fast and clear.
The toilet is clean.
There are a lot of people, but not critically, and it's winter, everyone is sick.
Very good clinic! And doctors from different cities and regions. Especially from doctors for more than three years I have been going to Zharasova Gulnar gynecologist, ultrasound Baesh Raushan and dentist Dr. Maxim
The wife praises the gynecologist, the dentist. I'm going to the Lore, just for an examination, I won't trust you with more. The procedural is good, i.e. the girls do injections well, the pros!!!)
To one of the best clinics in the city... But lately there's been a problem with doctors... then the ultrasound did not see any obvious changes in the body ... then the urologist has appointed the Devil knows what
We took tests here. Everything is clean and cozy, a good clinic. At the entrance, you can consult with the managers where and how. There was one unpleasant moment with the technical staff. And so a pleasant clinic
A good clinic, an appointment, a reminder of the time, a pharmacy, you can buy medicines, take pictures, CT. Everything is very convenient. The staff is qualified.
The dentist guy cleans normally, but the prices are expensive. I didn't like both Loras, in the railway of Sanya.Ten is better. My wife has been going to Nuran's genicologist for 3 years, an excellent doctor. In the treatment room, the nurses are generally super good at giving injections and IVs.
There is a long queue at many offices and at the checkout. The reception staff is often not aware of the doctors' appointment hours, they may write it down incorrectly. Their landline phones are always on speakerphone, even when they dial a number, it presses on the brains and you can't hear the receptionists themselves when you approach them. The wardrobe has been removed and all patients now go to the offices in outerwear, because there is nowhere to leave them. Tests and ultrasounds are expensive. They were able to get an ECG on the second day due to the misinformation of the one who takes the picture. Saying that the doctor was doing an ECG, she made him wait, and she went home. Later, the receptionist said that it was this girl who was supposed to make it. I had to come the next day and take up the queue again. The service is much worse than in the Open Clinic.
I really liked how it treats, only here I was properly examined

The receptionists are very polite and patient girls. The phone works around the clock. If you are insured, you can call an ambulance. Otherwise, the usual clinic.
I do not advise you to apply.
I can't say about all the doctors, because they were at different appointments.
There are those who understand, who know their work, who do not stop there (FGDS office, ultrasound 2nd floor, traumatologist, ENT 2nd floor immediately to the right of the office), and there are outspoken konovals. The appointments that were appointed were almost ruined, he left on time.
He had a fever for a week and was treated at home. Finally, I decided to go to a private clinic and chose a Western Clinic for money and quickly and pleasantly! I came at 12, I thought for sure there would be a little less people by lunch. I came, there are 10 sick people at the counter. I stood in line, I look like, "I need to see a therapist," she says, "What organization are you from?", I say, "I'm a private trader," she immediately throws, "go to the cashier" !?!?!?!?!?!? - I assumed that probably first she should say - "The therapist accepts in such and such an office on such and such a floor, and only then send it to the cashier!!! or is the cashier obliged to send everyone to the offices after payment? or did she want me to stand in line with her again to tell me where to go?!! Next, I paid without the mood, somehow found an office, a crowd of people, at the reception they told me that there was a live queue, I stood for 2.5 hours! I wanted to spit on everything and Whitey, but the money has already been paid! doctors from neighboring offices bring people themselves and turn them on without waiting in line. I went in, told the reason for the visit, immediately asks for an X-ray, I say that I was filmed 5 months ago, she needs to dream again and sends her to the X-ray room, of course not for free, next to the X-ray room I saw people who were before me with her and then people who stood after me went, they have this norm, You don't need to impose an X-ray on the machine. I stood in line for about an hour. there don't seem to be many people, but as always, their doctors scurry with their patients without waiting in line (IT SEEMS THAT WE are NOT EXAMINED FOR FREE) in general, I took off, then the doctor sent me for a trial injection (ALSO NOT FREE) as a result: I looked around at the doctor, took an X-ray, gave a trial injection and it took me 5 hours to do it all!!!!! I would have gone through all this in a maximum of 2.5-3 hours in our usual polyclinic!!!! that's why I didn't go to my usual FREE clinic so as not to sit in such queues!!! I am completely silent about the expensive prices for everything, I knew where I was going. I'm not going to Western Clinics anymore!!! And I advise the rest of you to think before you go there. To pay such money to stay in this clinic for 5 hours!!!! also in a sick state when you want not only to lie down, but just simply sit down, but nowhere to go! There are a lot of people! There are few seats! Incompetent reception and disgraceful doctors scurrying and shoving their people!
There are not enough chairs in the corridors, considering how long you have to stand in line. It is not necessary to put up a sign at the reception where payment is made separately for CT and X-ray.
