I brought my MacBook Pro 13’ A1706 2017 to the guys for an expensive matrix replacement (I was sentenced to it in another service). When diagnosing the mac, it became clear that my matrix is serviceable and does not need to be replaced, and only the backlight circuit on the matrix is faulty.
