Disgusting. It's not tasty! They put an overcooked cutlet in the burger, and when asked to replace it and explain that it was overcooked, the young guy replied: this is the standard! Frozen meat is what you wanted. I say it's not delicious, he responds: That's okay. That's it. They didn't replace it, didn't offer dessert, didn't even apologize.
