I won't go anymore and I don't advise anyone. Spoiler: absolutely spoiled impressions of the quest "thanks" to the boorish and inappropriate behavior of the administrator Elizabeth.
We visited the quest "It" on 08/12/2024 at 20:30, everyone came in a great mood, but the unfriendly and aggressive behavior of the administrator immediately confused us.
"Okay," we thought, and gave the money requested in advance (before signing the contract!).
We knew that the quest was scary, with an actor, and we were aware of the atmosphere of the film) As in the course about the different modes of the quest and the ability to NEGOTIATE.
I asked that during the quest, physical contact not be applied specifically to me (for personal reasons) - which I was refused. Then I asked that the physical contact be removed in principle (i.e. the actor was warned about it) - it was refused. I asked to remove the actor - also not. Then I asked her to come to an agreement with Elizabeth and at least keep physical contact to a minimum in order to avoid undesirable consequences.
The answer was given to me in an aggressive and boorish form. I politely hinted to the girl that, whatever the rules of the quest, I would not tolerate disrespectful treatment of clients.
In response, I heard the phrases "It will be worse for you", "You will regret it", "I absolutely do not care about your feedback, write".
If it wasn't for the company, I would have gone home, but I still stayed to complete the quest.
Alas, by the beginning I didn't care at all about the entourage and the actor's efforts, since the mood was completely spoiled by the service staff.
Bottom line: I felt like I was being muddied, so I didn't care about pennywise anymore and the quest itself didn't really go in) And the quest, to be honest, is inflated - not as scary and cool as it is advertised.

Let's get back to reality. The quest equipment is in very poor condition (broken). The game is an act on our day, for 2-3 points.
