We were in early May 2025. The food is excellent, the territory is small, but well maintained, cleverly and beautifully organized. The rooms are exactly 4 stars, there are no complaints.
BUT:
1. There is no passage to the water at all. The hotel has no access to the water, and there are no agreements with neighbors to allow vacationers to access the water. The only way to sit on the shore is to go to the reservoir through the Pyramid, paying 50,000 soums in May, and 150,000 soums per person in the season.
2. No sewage treatment plants were found in the hotel or in the Pyramid. Most likely, the sewage system is designed according to the marine type - a pipe in a reservoir. The brown foam on the shores of the reservoir confirms this assumption.
3. There is nowhere to go from the hotel. There are fences everywhere, guards everywhere, it is impossible. The only road along the coast has no sidewalks, and it is dangerous to walk along it. It was with difficulty that they found their way to the mountains to the state forest, which has not yet been sold. But this is the road to the amateur, phys. You need to have training, the workload is serious.
So the hotel is a paradise within its fence, surrounded by wild game, rampant owners who think only of their land.

I really like the Velmore Hotel, it's great to relax there! Firstly, the clean mountain air, secondly, very cozy and clean rooms, thirdly, delicious and varied food, wonderful pools, game rooms and a playground for children in summer.
One disadvantage, or rather a suggestion, is that there is not enough sauna and indoor pool in winter.

Clean cool air, beautiful mountains all around, everything is clean and tidy. The kitchen is a separate topic. Very tasty dishes and salads. Very satisfying. The hotel is just great, we spent the weekend there. The rooms are clean, fresh, comfortable, and the view is amazing.
The food was very tasty, we had a great time.
However, one thing I would like to improve is the massage service. I had a full body massage that was supposed to last an hour, the masseuse was kind and polite. I think she was the only employee who controlled everything. Because while she was giving me a massage, she had another client in the next room who was undergoing another therapy. So she had to come and go all the time.
To be honest, I did not expect that the massage would be like this, as I was very uncomfortable.
I would like the hotel administration to resolve this issue so that other guests do not experience such inconveniences as me.

The hotel was formerly owned by the Artel company and now it has become private and accepts guests, has been to the hotel several times, the territory is clean, the atmosphere is good, but quiet. At no time were there any entertainment (not for adults not for children) although there is a beautiful amphitheater.
There are not many types of physiotherapy and massage, I could not get a massage because there is a big queue and people are taken out of turn, which is confused.
Meals are 4 meals a day, but the menu is made up only for a week, which we repeat the same thing every time, we have been staying there 4 times already every weekend.
The ingredients of the dishes are very rich but there is no imagination of the chefs.
The waiters were very polite, but the head waiter was very rude, during an afternoon snack (in which a bun with tea or coffee) asked her to give milk instead of tea or coffee 3in1 because I had cocoa with me, but she first refused, then came up and said that a cup of milk costs 15,000 when there is milk in the basket 12000. I demanded a menu, but she was confused and said that the cook verbally stated the price.
We really like Wellmore, but of course we would like the administration to eliminate these shortcomings.

Only men can swim in the main pool. We had 3 men with us (3 in total, for the entire large pool!), who, at the sight of the girls who decided to swim in the main pool, protested and said "who allowed you to swim here"? what?? I don't recommend it. The service is terrible. There are two swimming pools on the territory: one for men (large, good), but women are not allowed to swim ( although there is no word about this on the website. And a female frog with a chlorine smell, small (this is more for children than for adults). There are no dryers anywhere. Water is also a problem : there is no cooler. You need to buy water, you also need to catch a bartender, there is no alcohol (they don't warn you on the site either), you can't smoke, there are no designated smoking areas. The administrator who oversees the pools is not competent at all. He started yelling, talking to you. I don't recommend it. Of + this is a normal diet and nature.
