Such a high rating is confusing, my assessment of the aquazone is 1.5 points relative to the cost. There are many places much better and cheaper. The only plus is that there are few people during the day (about 5 people were in the pool) and, in principle, a nice view, BUT the space itself is small, the pool is small, the changing rooms are small, the shared toilet is already behind the pool, and not in the changing rooms, you can't warm up in the Jacuzzi, it's the same temperature as the pool, what's the point of it if It's cold out there. They give 15 minutes to change clothes, but this is too short for winter time, it takes longer to dry your hair, especially for girls, and you are naturally fined for being late. I absolutely do not understand this cost.

Delight and relaxation: my experience of visiting the pool at the fitness center
Recently, I was lucky enough to visit a fitness center to evaluate its capabilities. Although I did not take advantage of all the services offered, such as the gym or spa treatments, the pool made an indelible impression on me.
From the first minutes of my stay, I felt the atmosphere of coziness and comfort. The pool turned out to be exactly what I imagined it to be: clean, spacious.
But the real highlight is the various hydro-massage equipment and Jacuzzis located around the perimeter of the pool. They allowed me to relax after a busy day and really enjoy the water treatments.
I was especially pleased that the fitness center has saunas that work on weekends.
Overall, visiting the pool left me with the most positive impressions. I recommend this fitness center to anyone who is looking for a place for outdoor activities and relaxation. I am sure that everyone will find something for themselves here.

There are only 2 showers per locker room, and imagine this gathering of people in a small locker room to wash, then dry off and get dressed.

The price was slightly more expensive than in other clubs, but I was bribed by the location (located in my house). Previously, everything was fine with more. But lately, this club has been causing a lot of negativity. There are more and more disadvantages: the hall is dirty, the mats are dirty, it happens that there are not enough equipment for everyone, more people sign up for classes than the hall can accommodate. But the biggest disadvantage is that classes are often canceled and there is no replacement. The club does not want to compensate for the cancelled classes in any way. The administrator informs you that you can attend other workouts that vary in intensity and time. And if you can't attend their classes during the day and morning because you're working, then that's "Your problem." That is, the club cancels classes, and my problems are how do I work them out so that they don't burn out and the money doesn't disappear. In general, they don't value their clients at all. The situation: there is an unassembled simulator, there is no one nearby, the loud question of whether someone is engaged in deathly silence, and as soon as you start to disassemble someone else's weight and put your own, a person with a trainer climbs out from somewhere and you are kicked out, and no one knows about working together on the same simulator or That's how they treat those who haven't bought a workout with a trainer.

By the place itself: we went to the aqua zone with baths. We were told that they have disposable slippers, they left their own in another city. We arrived, and we were given foam rubber-like flip-flops that slipped terribly on wet (it would have been more logical to just let go barefoot).. The locker rooms are small, with terribly wet tile floors - one wrong move and the brains will end up on the tile. At least put a rubber mat so that it doesn't get too much..
At first there were few people in the aquazone itself, but in the end there were a lot of different people. In general, there is enough space, but when a lot of people come, it is uncomfortable.

We were with my daughter today, a good place to relax. There are few people, most likely because of the cost. Clean, for sauna lovers- that's what you need. The visit time is 60 minutes + 15 minutes for a shower, hair drying.
P.S. Even having paid Parking would significantly reduce the time to find a free parking space.

Information is provided sparsely. Customers who purchase the certificate are not warned that 8 visits to the gym is equivalent to a monthly subscription. They do not warn about the possibility of extending / freezing. At the moment of the implementation of the requests paid for by the certificate, they cannot provide the prescribed service: there are no specialists. The certificate is immediately withdrawn upon delivery, leaving no information to the client about the remaining funds. They don't store such information in the database either. I do not recommend it!

I have been going to this center for the second month, classes are canceled all the time, the administrators do not warn about the cancellation. The shower room is in a dead condition. The opinion was formed at the beginning of training, but I bought a subscription for another month, gave a second chance..... I am writing only about the hall, the staff and the attitude towards customers on the 2nd floor.
The hall is terribly small, uncomfortable, narrow aisles, more than 5 people, and, in general, you will not study freely. Next is the wardrobe. I do not know how it is in women's, but in men's, there is a good old army rule to get dressed in 40 seconds, because, after about that time, you will start sweating again. The room is small, without any ventilation, 1 window, and that is always closed.Some of the girls at the reception are so incompetent that they just can't look up from the phone when customers leave and leave a pass. Security guard Anatoly (name judging by the comments below) this is just the height of cynicism, incompetence and other bad words. I have been in many halls, but that 10-15 minutes before the official closing they would come and brazenly expel me, arguing that "at 22.00 the room needs to be secured" is the finish line. In other halls, administrators even stayed for a few seconds after closing, if you don't have time, but here... Just make the official opening time until 21.45 and don't knock people's heads off. In general, I do not recommend it as a gym. Maybe the pool and other services are normal...

The hall itself is good. New exercise equipment, but there is little room for classes on the mat (personally, I need a mirror and a free place). The pool is also standard, and when the sauna is open, everything is fine.
The disadvantages are the employees. The service is not very good. Especially the guard Anatoly is the height of rudeness. The administrators didn't even bother to conduct a tour, although it was my first time in the hall. At the request, they simply told us in words what and where it is. And after a few visits, a married couple with a boy and a girl came into the women's locker room. I think the administrator could have helped to avoid this incident. We visited the aquazone several times, the room, the water, everything is cool, but there is one fat BUT. Basically, in all pools, they give extra time after leaving the aquazone to change clothes (girls also need to dry their hair), but not here. Well, that's how the management decided that in an hour you should have time to undress, take a shower, swim, take a shower and dry off. Okay, in the summer I scored on drying my hair and ran out into the street with wet ones, WHICH is completely UNSAFE in the cold season. To dry more or less your hair (attention! With my powerful hair dryer) , I need 15 minutes . In total, pay 17 rubles, and weekends with baths 36 rubles to swim for 30-35 minutes? Nonsense. If the management reviews its policy of visiting the aquazone, then it's worth going there, and if not, then it's a pity and you'll have to look for another pool.

A pleasant place. It's cozy here, I'd say. The exercise equipment is in good condition. I haven't checked the pool yet (they said I needed help). There is a wardrobe for outerwear, which is a big plus in winter. The interior is good.

Let's start in order) the first minus of the gym is shoe covers, the thinnest and smallest of all that could probably be bought... I have 46 shoe size, they somehow put on sneakers and sneakers (at the same time they were torn by 5 pieces), but they did not put on winter shoes, the first time there was no security guard at the workplace on 11/23/2023 at about 17.30, I went without shoe covers and, in fact, without problems :) ; problem number two - the light in the locker room, the motion sensors work every other time, the light is constantly turned off and you have to wave your hands to turn on the light; the third problem is the lockers, they almost don't work together with the keys, some gym visitors lock other lockers with their keys... Because of this, I had to run up and down 5 times ; I faced the fourth problem on 11/23/2023 at 17.40-18.00, the lights in the entire gym completely turned off... The fifth problem is with the customer access system; the sixth problem is the staff... The coach in the gym said that the gym is open until 21.45 , although it was not mentioned anywhere , I would have had time to leave the gym before 22.00 , leaving the gym at 21.55 , 11/23/2023 my subscription ended... On 11/25/2023 I went to the gym , this time the guard was on the spot ... I approached the administrator to extend the subscription ( which costs 130 rubles . Which is more expensive than in many gyms ( if not all ) ) , a guard came up to me and asked me to put on shoe covers , to my explanations that shoe covers did not fit, the guard replied that : " We don't let anyone in without shoe covers , " and even asked me to leave the administration territory, saying that I had to change near the exit where it 's cold and only in this case I can go to the gym ... the manager was not in place , the receptionist refused to give his number ... (my subscription was at the reception, and I held the money in my hands, but I was still asked to leave the room).
Summing up all the problems of this gym , I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS GYM ... And I really want to talk it over with the manager ( if you answer , I will be happy to approach your gym).

I've been meaning to write a review about this wonderful Well b Fitness and Spa center for a long time. I regularly visit the aqua zone with a swimming pool, cannons and a gorgeous Jacuzzi. All the equipment is new, everything is clean, there are few people. The Jacuzzi is great!!! The receptionist girls are always polite. I especially want to mention and thank Natalia Osipenko for being just a wonderful, polite person with a kind heart. Not an indifferent person, responsive. There are few of them now... I am happy to come to you again and again, and when I see Natalia, my mood gets better!!!

I do not recommend visiting, the gym area is very small, and the price per visit is above average. The big drawback is the lack of a gravitron, as well as the lack of spa support, although the institution presents itself as a spa and fitness.
All spa treatments must be booked in advance, as the staff come to the appointment and are not there permanently.

I really like the aquazone. We go there all the time. Everything is working, clean, at a good European level, a chlorine-free pool, pleasant calm music, polite staff. Yesterday I noticed that even at the entrance to the complex in the "vestibule", where you put on shoe covers, there is a very pleasant smell of fragrances, which creates a very pleasant impression and indicates that the complex is well looked after. The price for such quality is quite acceptable, even very much. Thanks to the well B team!

I had to pull all the information through the manager, I clarified how much the cost of one lesson and how much of the certificate, where they immediately corrected me that it was not a certificate, but a subscription. I eventually signed up through the website, there was a not very friendly girl at the reception, who quickly punched me in, tried to explain something, but dropped the case because another girl came, so I had to ask clarifying questions along the way.
I went to fitness yoga, I was waiting for a coach, initially it was not clear who the coach was, because the woman came in, greeted me and did not even introduce herself. It was the first time I was not alone in class, there was another girl and I had to clarify the name of the coach and what we would do today, etc.
It was wet in the locker room and there were no water cups, that is, there are taps, but there are no glasses, well, of course. The studio floors were covered in someone's hair and dirt
When leaving the center, the manager was no longer there, there was only a guard, which was also not very comfortable.
In general, there was no feeling that anyone was interested in you staying and leaving money in this center, they don't sell you, you have to spend a lot of energy yourself to find out and clarify everything and then figure out how to get out. I come and hope to feel confident in a new place, but the feeling is that I asked for it and there was nothing to come
