During our vacation in Abkhazia, we went on several individual excursions with the Welcome-Abkhazia company (in general, we went on excursions only with them) with the guide Alkhas, during this time we even managed to make friends with the guys from this company))) positive, responsive, cool! Alkhas took us on excursions to the wondrous beauty of places - various waterfalls (and planned our tour so that visiting the sights was from beautiful to fantastically beautiful, and not vice versa))) we also went to the canyon, where, at our request, we were organized a photo shoot on a sap board, right in the canyon!
We went on small hikes to the waterfalls and Lake Malaya Ritsa, went to an abandoned city and hot springs) Alkhas was very attentive to our wishes, and also advised other interesting places that we did not find on the Internet on our own)
Alkhas loves his country and the people who live in it with all his soul, with great respect and love he told us about his Homeland, its history, traditions and customs, interesting events of the past, and in general about everything that we were curious to know))) he is an experienced guide, knows the rules of safe behavior in the forest, conducts instruction, helps with hiking, is very reliable, a professional in his field, an excellent organizer - everything is always on time, clearly according to plan! And also a great photographer and videographer!!! Thanks to Alkhas, we have a lot of impressive photos and videos! And we also liked the cars - all clean, comfortable, and in the mountains we drove a jeep, which is even more passable than UAZ trucks! In general, Welcome-Abkhazia is professionalism, reliability, safety, comfort and just a great company!!! Thanks to Alkhas for our wonderful memories of this amazing, such a small but diverse hospitable Abkhazia!

The whole family decided to spend a vacation in Abkhazia in 2023. And we didn't regret it, it was like we were in heaven. I don't know about other cities, we were vacationing in New Athos. On the recommendation of our hotel CASADELSOL from New Athos, we chose the transfer company "Welcome-Abkhazia". I was very impressed with how responsibly they approached their business. Many thanks to Alkhaz for his organization of the transfer from Adler railway station and back. Ararat drove us to New Athos. He is a very cheerful and positive person. Since we were hungry from the road, he took us to a great place to eat. Showed the night Gagra. And I drove him all the way to the hotel. We also decided to take advantage of the excursion, we chose Lake Ritsa. We stopped for a wine tasting, at the restaurant Abkhazian courtyard (we were impressed by the glass bridge!), and what a gorgeous view opens from the height called "bird's beak". I really liked everything. The only thing was that we got caught in the rain (as was seen from the Yandex Weather forecast), so we couldn't fully admire Lake Ritsa and didn't stop by the honey courtyard))) It would be great if the weather conditions and the weather forecast are taken into account for the tour. At the end of the rest, we ordered a transfer to the railway station again. Alkhaz sent a photo of the minivan and the driver's contact details. It turned out to be Vadim. I really liked his smooth and gentle driving. And he also knows every bump, pebble and well along the entire road, which made the trip very pleasant! Thank you very much. We wish you prosperity. We were a family on an individual excursion to Myusera. Three adults + a child 3 years old.
I liked that Alkhas arrived at exactly the appointed time, helped us at all stages of the tour with a baby, a stroller. We arrived in Sochi late in the evening....we needed to get to New Athos Abkhazia, we decided to use an individual transfer - "Welcome-Abkhazia" on the recommendation of the Tarusa guest house (where we spent our vacation in Abkhazia) The day before arrival, we were sent a photo with a car and contacts of the Sochi Airport driver,....we just landed, and just turned off the airplane mode, they called us and said that they were already waiting for us near the airport, we passed the border without problems and under interesting stories about Abkhazia and places that we passed by, we did not notice how we got there to the place... the next day we were offered an individual excursion jeeping to the Geghsky waterfall and Lake Ritsa, the rainy weather and the cold did not scare us, because on this day we could not lie in the sun, we decided to see beautiful places, and we were not mistaken...we were picked up from the State Duma and brought back. We went to Abkhazia for the first time, booked everything on our own. On the recommendation of the owners of the SkyTerra Hotel, Alhas was contacted to arrange a transfer from the airport. When booking a car, we clarified the nuances upon arrival, etc. The driver of the car contacted us immediately upon arrival. I would like to note that the driver was polite and told a lot of interesting things on the way to New Athos. The car is clean and comfortable.
We decided to book excursions at Welcome-Abkhazia too. On the first day we went on a jeep tour of the Geghi Waterfall, Lake Ritsa. The guide Ildar stopped at numerous points along the way: rivers, bridges, waterfalls, and very interestingly told local stories and legends related to specific places. On the second day there was an excursion to the Aatsyn gorge, where the guides also distinguished themselves by their ability to tell about the places that we passed and visited. The Abkhazian picnic was organized wonderfully!!! It was fun and interesting for everyone. At the end of both the first tour and the second, visits to wine houses for tasting were organized. In general, we liked everything! The transfer to the airport was ordered here.
We will recommend Welcome-Abkhazia to friends and acquaintances, and I hope that we will come ourselves and visit other places of beautiful Abkhazia as part of excursions organized by Welcome-Abkhazia!!!

It was amazing!
We went on an excursion to Lake Ritsa. They come straight to your hotel. While we were driving, we talked all the time about the history of Abkhazia. Music, jokes are provided) the escort is just handsome!

On the way, we stopped at a lot of attractions. Stone bag, blue lake, also passing by three rivers. All with stories. So to say "back to the origins" 😁 on the way back we stopped at the Abkhazian courtyard, a very authentic restaurant with history and delicious food. The view is amazing.

We visited Abkhazia for the first time in the summer of 2022, before that I heard a lot of enthusiastic reviews about the extraordinarily beautiful nature, but after visiting there and seeing with my own eyes, I was simply amazed by the beauty of this wonderful country, the hospitality and goodwill of its inhabitants. I am very glad to meet the company "Welcome Abkhazia". For the first time, we chose an excursion to the fabulous lake Ritsa from New Athos with a guide Amrat, a very polite and modest young man) a wonderful driver, neat and attentive, knows all the most beautiful places, patiently waited until we walked up and took pictures)) On the way, we made many stops in picturesque places and listened with great pleasure to stories about the peculiarities of culture and everyday life of local residents, everything was new and unusual for us, but at the same time we felt very cozy and calm. This is not the first time I have ordered a transfer from Sochi airport to Abkhazia here - I went alone in the autumn of 2022 and with a child in the spring of 2023, to New Athos and Sukhum. I was looking for a normal company, so that they would definitely take me and bring me safely.
The drivers are all polite, arrive IN ADVANCE and are always in touch, waiting if the flight is delayed. The cars are new, clean, and there is a mini-tour on the way)))
