I really liked the gym, I started studying from scratch. The staff is pleasant, the training is fun, I didn't feel squeezed. In group classes, the coach gives a lot of personal attention to everyone, they tell and show everything. You can take individual training sessions, but I had enough attention in the group💪 The gym is located on a quiet street, there are no endlessly growing bikes and people, I liked that it was quiet. But at the same time, close to the center of Lamai, there are nice cafes nearby where you can have a snack👌
