I can't put contact lenses in my eyes by myself, so Natalia called others herself. I went to the optician and arranged for the doctor to put on my lenses . And Natalia did it selflessly, taking the initiative herself. There are very few people like Natalia who are responsive and sensitive.. I haven't met him personally. I was delighted with the level of service in optics!
21.10 I broke the lenses in my glasses and needed to change them urgently.
I called various opticians to find the one where they will make glasses as quickly as possible, because I work at a computer and live 60 km from Minsk.
There were no suitable conditions anywhere, because
1. I have astigmatism, and such lenses have been made for several weeks
2. there are few places where a doctor works
We were lucky enough to stumble upon Wdl. I called there and at the moment of the call I was struck by the quality of the work. The girl listened to me very politely and patiently, answered all my questions, guided me on the timing and cost. I even called back several times to re-record, and the administrator did not get angry, as is usually the case, but was very understanding of the situation and helped me find a comfortable recording time.
The work of a doctor is also at the highest level! She examined me completely and picked up the lenses, which turned out to be much more comfortable than the previous ones. The doctor also consulted on other issues that were not directly related to my initial request. She worked with me for 30 minutes, when it usually took me 10-15 minutes to visit an ophthalmologist.
Fortunately for me, the lenses were made in just an hour and a half on the same day!
As for the cost: very comfortable prices that are not affordable.
I am very impressed with the quality of service and services, as well as the approach to customers.
Unfortunately, there are few such companies in our world, but I was lucky to come across conscientious people.

As it turned out, finding a normal optics that inspires confidence is still a task, despite the many options on almost every corner. Guided by reviews and a convenient location for myself, I chose this store.
Positive:
+ a good selection of frames (at least for women) - both cheap for 20-30 rubles, and more expensive,
+ pleasant and patient consultants who advise if you ask, but do not impose an opinion,
+ prices are not from the seller's head, but written on each frame,
+ fast production time - if necessary, they can be done urgently in an hour or two, if not, within a couple of days, at least if some special lenses are not needed,
+ a good selection of eyeglass cases.
Cons:
- the room is small and narrow: if someone is already choosing glasses, it is quite difficult to miss each other,
- I would like the checkout process to be faster.

A small disadvantage is that the promotion for free vision check when buying glasses / lenses is like 2 promotions: for example, when checking vision for lenses and glasses, you need to buy both lenses and glasses, otherwise the promotion does not apply to what you do not buy. I may have read the terms of the promotion inattentively, but this moment was nowhere noticeable
