Thanks a lot to the Way Tour agency for organizing a wonderful holiday in Malaysia and Singapore, special thanks to Daria Rupeka for her professionalism, sound recommendations, selection of options for our needs and requests. Daria was always in touch and answered questions, accompanied us not only in the process of choosing a tour, but also during the trip itself. I recommend this agency for cooperation!
A wonderful travel agency! I would like to mention the work of the employees - Adele and Ekaterina. The girls are incredibly responsive and attentive, have a good command of information and are able to interest and tell about travel programs. Being tourists, we don't know everything - Adele and Ekaterina helped us a lot, answered all our questions in detail, explained everything with great attention. I have the kindest memories and warm feelings from communication. I want to come back
Dmitry prepared a trip for us a year ago Singapore- Langkawi Island- Kuala Lumpur. Knowledge of countries and travel features is beyond praise. Attentive, intelligent, professional. Great attitude to customers, attentiveness and responsiveness at any time, prompt resolution of issues. We were very pleased with the trip and communication.
The Way tour company helped us organize a tour to Bali. I have only the most positive impressions of working with this company. I would especially like to mention Daria, who was engaged in our group of 5 people. Always in touch, always answers to all questions, lots of information. There was concern for each of us and a sincere interest in making us feel comfortable. Daria saved us a lot of time by helping us choose excursions, tickets to Moscow and even checked us in for a flight, although the road to Moscow was not included in the tour. As a busy person, I appreciated it. I have already recommended this company to several friends and will contact them myself in the future. So I recommend it to everyone
The guys are young, energetic, learning to work, communicate with people. Things don't always go smoothly, but they try. We are ready to listen to the wishes of customers and respond promptly.
For me, Japan has always been an unattainable country, but .. Anything is possible! especially if there are such professional guides to other "worlds" as Dmitry. In November 2023, I visited this unique country with the Way tour. The fact that the trip was successful is not to say anything - everything is clear and coordinated. But if you expect to spend time on "lite" - this is not about that, the travel program is very active, intense, but most importantly ... unforgettable!
It's time for me to leave a review about a trip to Japan with WayTour and its organizer Dmitry in November 2023. Immediately after applying for participation, I received the tour program, it suited me; payment was made in parts, which was quite convenient. Closer to the beginning of the trip (in a month and a half), I was recommended to purchase air tickets on the Minsk-Moscow-Minsk route at a ‘good price’, since a transfer to Moscow was not provided. I buy non-refundable tickets, inform the organizer about it, and after 5 minutes I receive a shock message: "the flight timing has changed: according to the new road map, the connecting time between flights on the way back to Abu Dhabi has turned from 3 hours to 14!!!!Naturally, BELAVIA does not return the funds spent. Dmitry offered to purchase a new Moscow-Minsk ticket and compensate 50% of the ticket price. I had to agree, even though I had already made the first conclusions about the organization of the tour. Before the trip, a channel and a chat of the group members were created, but the organizer did not even introduce us to each other. From the good: they advised to purchase virtual SIM cards and posted general information about Japan, hotels and the weather, as well as some restrictions. There was a new character, Leonid, the so-called assistant, who was supposed to distribute insurance and meet at the airport in Moscow. Initially, no one introduced Leonid to the same group, did not post his photo so that the tour participants could easily recognize him at the airport. Somehow we got together in Sheremetyevo, met someone on our own, met others on the 2nd, 3rd day of the tour! The group members did not receive any clear instructions on transfers or the procedure for passing passport control at different airports. Fortunately, previous experience allowed this stage to pass without loss. Upon arrival in Osaka, Dmitry met us with a guide, took us to a currency exchange office and a point of sale of SIM cards. Then we got on the bus, the guide introduced herself, gave general information about the city, Dmitry - about the hotel and check-in time, and then everyone fell silent. For an hour and a half we silently waited for the continuation, but it did not follow. Check-in at the hotel in Kyoto was at 17.00, we arrived much earlier, left our luggage. It was suggested to visit the temple complex. We, tired after a long road, went to a place of real pandemonium! Where it became dark an hour later, and instead of introducing tourists to the key infrastructure facilities of the area (to show and recommend food outlets, grocery stores, metro stations) where the hotel was located, we were guided at jet speed through several attractions that, due to the exhausted state, it is difficult to remember even now. We returned to the hotel closer to 21.00, checked in. From the good: The Sequence Hotel was very decent and matched its 3 stars. But! We had to ask for water ourselves every day! at the reception (which was also untimely notified by the accompanying group); the breakfasts were meager in terms of variety, but tolerable. Considering the time of the year and the short daylight hours, instead of 8 a.m. departure from the hotel usually took place at 9.15-10 , as a result: after 17.00 it was necessary to contemplate many objects in complete darkness. From the good: the program was diverse, although it underwent some changes taking into account the wishes of tourists. The most significant organizational disadvantage was nutrition. Although all tourists knew that only breakfast would be provided, the organizer did not provide any promised help and recommendations for specific establishments. We were constantly shown streets where there was "a lot of food", and then by trial and error we tried to lull our hunger. I really didn't like the fact that during the excursion day both the organizer himself and his assistant were constantly away on personal business! So, a mini-group was formed, which everyone else had to constantly expect and look for. During the tour there were 2 organized dinners in decent establishments for a fee. I really didn't like it when Dmitry and Co. brought the group to a sushi bar, left everyone and left in an unknown direction. All the band members received cards on the subway, but the organizer tactfully kept silent that they could be used on buses. Also, on the eve of the first free day in Kyoto, the organizer did not even bother to make his own d/w and prepare possible places for the tour participants to visit individually. After a midnight search, thanks to Google, we went to Kobe at our own risk and did not regret it. The organizer on this day said that he was going to another temple, and then to the store for knives, and those who wish can join. From the good: we liked the guides in general, although we did not receive any recommendations from them on places of food. I liked the excursions in Kyoto, Osaka. A great day with a visit to Fujiyama and Hakone. In general, the program itself was too much in terms of the number of temples to visit; after the 5th, everything merged and mixed. A good and prompt luggage transfer from Kyoto to Tokyo. Not a bad hotel with a normal breakfast. But! The organizer again did not provide any additional information for a convenient stay of tourists: they found shops, metro stations, delicious coffee, cafes with delicious pancakes and salads, attractions within walking distance from the hotel. In Tokyo, the best day turned out to be free: again thanks to Google, not the organizer. Although links to some places in Tokyo appeared in a group chat from the organizer, but it was a solid copy-paste to individual areas with shops:(((. Many people needed scales on the day of departure, the organizer advised them to ask at reception (especially those who do not even speak basic English :)). Transfer from Tokyo to Narita Airport. Dmitry drove us to the airport, collected payment for the next transfer to the UAE to the hotel, the costs for which were not to be borne by tourists at all!!!! And the organizers, since such a long connection has already appeared in the modified route map! We checked in the luggage, there was no additional customs control. With that, Dmitry said goodbye and left. There were no clear instructions for transplanting to the UAE! As a result, tourists dispersed in microgroups, some to the Arrivals zone, some to the Transfer zone. Then the call began in the chat on the topic "Ow, where are you?". Instead of a clear instruction: exit to the airport Artivals + go through passport control + stop and wait for the group - we gathered for more than an hour to exit the airport. "Would-be assistant" Leonid said that there would be a driver with his name on the plate. There were fewer seats in the minivan than passengers! As a result, Leonid had to settle down on the "basement" level of the minibus. The hotel provided by the airline turned out to be excellent. Although our organizers also did not report the lack of breakfast, we found out all this at 2 a.m. at the reception. One thing is clear: that on this tour, a group of assistant organizers definitely abused the rights assigned to them.
