Without long-term hikes and lots of sessions. Ivan is the TOP. No questions asked. But there are also unexpectedly surprising and pleasing additional moments.

WTH or the "path to health" – outwardly it is a modern medical center for rehabilitation. In general, good transport accessibility, the entrance is adapted for people with disabilities, there is a ramp and an elevator to the second floor.
Inside there is a modern set of necessary attributes for such institutions: an administrator, a box with shoe covers, practicing traumatologists, instructors, methodologists, massage therapists and the necessary minimum of procedures for the recovery of athletes and ordinary people after injuries and operations.
The changing rooms are clean and spacious, a multi-bed shower room and a bathroom even with a hygienic shower, although in some places only with cold water. All lockers are closed and opened with the help of modern bracelets with chips.
Right in the gym itself there are multifunctional simulators of Bubnovsky (MTB) and other manufacturers for sports and medical rehabilitation.
In this center, I had a chance to work out with instructor Daria S. Unfortunately, this coach is interested solely in earning money, and not getting a result and restoring the person who came to her. She is really competent in some matters, as she herself needed the help of the same specialists at a certain period of her life, which she is now.
In pursuit of earnings, he often recruits people through social networks on the Internet with a variety of problems. In many matters, she may not be competent enough in rehabilitation issues because she does not have sufficient theoretical and practical experience, nevertheless, she undertakes the recovery process without fully focusing on the issue.
The initial consultation of this specialist with the development of an exercise program is many times more expensive than the appointment of a top-level practitioner with many years of experience. The cost of the lesson is above average, while the payment is only in cash and no documents about the service provided to you are provided.
The most unpleasant thing is that if, for some good reason, the instructor has been absent from this center for a long time, then she does not even bother to transfer you to another specialist. As a result, the continuity of the training process is disrupted and you may lose the result you have already achieved, if you ever had one.
This review reflects not only my personal opinion, but also other "former" patients of Daria, whom I had to meet in other metropolitan and republican centers, when part of the time on the "path to health" was already irretrievably missed. Good health to all!
