The first is the entrance. The entrance is through the grocery Eco-market. It was possible to take visitors even further. It's not a strong minus, but somehow it's not clear why (they have their own door, but it's closed, and the faded A4 shows how to get through).
The second is the prices. There are, even in the Levada area, many analogues, and the prices there are much nicer. At Watsons, even the stock item looks like it has a huge margin.
The rest is clean, everything is laid out correctly, the price tags match, the girls who work there are very pleasant, and do their job very well.
