We had a rest in January 2025. The hotel looks like a modern 20-storey building (the only one so tall on the coast). There are 4 rooms on the floor, at first we were given a room on the left side, so we couldn't sleep because of the sound of live music from the cafe, it was so loud that no earplugs helped us sleep. One consolation was that they sang and played well there. According to our complaint, we were moved to a room on the right side of the building and there was nothing to be heard even with the windows open.
The rooms are very spacious, with their own kitchen equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster, electric stove, dishes.
The furniture was a little outdated, but we didn't care, the main thing was that the beds were comfortable and there was always hot water.
Bottled water, tea, coffee, and sugar were brought daily.
There is a swimming pool on site, but we have never swum in it, as the sea was nearby. The beach is nice.
Near the hotel there are many cafes and private vendors with food for every taste and purse, exchange offices (they only change cash, they also change rubles), minimarkets.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, I recommend the hotel.

All the furniture is much older and the appliances are dirty and broken. For 4 hours I cried and couldn't calm down, but they told me that such rules. That's how to treat hotel guests. I really liked the hotel. The staff is friendly. Beautiful sea view.
