We were at this hotel for the second time. A very cozy hotel, not Luxury and not premium. Excellent food, delicious cocktails in the Pool bar, very friendly staff, the room was changed without any problems (two were offered to choose from, the 5th floor is stuffy in August, no air conditioning in any way). Among the disadvantages - it is stuffy in the lobby, there is garbage on the beach, pebbles when entering the sea - it can be inconvenient. The sea is beautiful, although sometimes the waves washed up the garbage. Let's go here again.

A wonderful hotel! The staff is trying very hard, friendly! Morechko is a miracle! And what a fragrance in the evening, mmmmm.. Deck chairs under palm trees are a bomb! The territory is not large, but very cozy. Animators are GODS!!! The food is varied! Everything is delicious and fresh! Smoothies and milkshakes are the tastiest! The rest turned out to be comfortable!
Separately about the Hammam.. A wonderful place! But.. I do not recommend the massage therapist Ekaterina (skinny with short hair). I took 6 massages for 90 minutes. General and face. 3 were laid on time and efficiently. And then something happened. The time is getting shorter. (1.15, 1 hour). I am not a scandalist and I will not prove and shout with foam at the mouth. But at the final massage, Ekaterina fell asleep.... I put all 90 minutes in 1 hour, put a towel on my face for 2 minutes. I lay down on the next massage table and fell asleep. I lay there for about 10 minutes. I thought I went to the ladies' room, and here's a painting.. She's asleep and didn't hear me leave. Honestly, it's not pleasant. The administrator was advised to wake up the massage therapist. Everyone is in shock. Are there no days off?

We were at this hotel from September 27 to October 4. The booking was early, so we searched the entire Internet before departure in search of reviews. We came across negative ones more often, and sometimes so negative that it became scary. But there are 16 of us, children of all ages are with us, and we are young ourselves to light up and hang out. IN SHORT!
This is a great, wonderful hotel. Small. Clean territory. Beautiful. Constant human labor is visible everywhere. They water, clean, and cook at night. At the same time, they are always smiling and ready to help.
You can see the sea from the pool, it's nearby and it's beautiful. The purest and sooooo salty)
I will not write about the cleaning, the rooms. We came to sleep) I'll just say that everything is clean, but a little tired.
The food is great. Mutton every day. Small fish. For every taste. There are a lot of things, beautifully decorated, delicious.
The drinks are all normal. We drank a year in advance. But of course, we are Russians, we came to rest))).
In general, I will say in conclusion. If you have been vacationing in ultra-luxury hotels, you are used to having breakfast brought to your room and you will drink a cup of coffee on the balcony or a glass of champagne on the beach in a snow-white bathrobe, you do not need to come here. I think that only such tourists write negative reviews. It is more simple, intimate and atmospheric here.
Yes, I will write about a small minus. We didn't have enough evening traffic. Yes, there is vespers, children's animation, then adult,,, and then everything. We sat listening to disco on the beach at a nearby hotel and were jealous.

I had a rest at this hotel, the service and friendly staff, the cuisines are different. there is a buffet, there is also a separate kitchen for an additional fee, the pool is not deep, there are small slides, for children the most important thing is that the beach is very close and not so far to go to it, and what is most interesting is that this hotel always plays music near the pool. In the evenings, various events are held, the event organizer knows Russian, you will not be bored at this hotel. The hotel is disgusting, there is no cleaning in the rooms. Water is not replenished, I had to beg for it. We were accommodated in a room with 2 single beds, and three of us arrived. They pretended that they did not understand Russian. I had to walk and swear for two days to get a normal room. The fruits were apples and grapes. The food is cooked well, a large assortment of hot. Towels were changed every day, 3 pcs were taken away, and 2 pcs were brought. There are water slides in the pool, but they were not turned on, apparently just for beauty. We got into a week of rains, we had to sit in a lobby bar. I saw animators 2 times during the whole vacation, this is from 13.10.22 to 20.10.22. There is no animation, in general, money is wasted. According to purchases, everything in the hotel was much cheaper than in the markets outside the hotel.

Further down the room, another minus is a very noisy air conditioner, it is impossible to sleep at night, when it got cooler, they opened the window and turned it off, fortunately it was not noisy outside the window, in general, if one of the advantages is only a good water pressure in the shower, without interruptions, and the furniture is not yet killed, solid 3 per room (up to 5. you should pay direct attention to CLEANING, and the approach, You see how many people you check into the room, be kind enough to make sure that everyone has enough, shampoos are also clamped by the way, put only once and again only 3 sets, of course no one needs them, but the fact itself is created from such trifles the overall impression, but since we came to relax, and not to sit in the room, we didn't really get hung up. If you are active in your own life, then you will completely entertain yourself in this hotel, if you want a straight super move, then this is another hotel, there is clearly more for a relaxing family holiday. Overall, I would rate this hotel a four. I will not go a second time, personally, I did not have enough terrain where I can walk. We went to this hotel only because of the good reviews, but I don't understand who writes them?! People, have you ever lived in the top five??? What are you comparing it to? This hotel is 3+, but not 5*. I'll start in order: we were checked into a room and I immediately noticed the mattresses on the beds. Three of them have already died, bent over like a hammock. The room was not very clean, especially the glass and mirrors were covered in handprints and generally in some greasy traces. There was nothing except a cheap common shower gel, I had to beg for shampoos, conditioners, slippers, etc., everything that is standard in the room. It was brought with difficulty. There are no toothbrushes, take them with you. There are no bathrobes. Well, in general, it feels like you're living in a threesome. I never condemn the view from the window, since we took the last room in this hotel, but...... the view of the gorgeous field next to there is nothing, it would seem ... class, silence, tranquility and beauty. But when I opened the window, our room was filled with the scent of a zoo or a pig farm.... In general, it is not possible to sleep here with the windows open. I would like to note the only advantage of this hotel - delicious food and a great bar. Otherwise.... If you like cocktails, keep in mind, they will make you a cheap parody, but not a mojito or a Pina Colada. The beer is good, not diluted. The most interesting thing is, when you want to sit in the lobby bar, keep in mind that the air conditioner does not work here. Apparently they do this stuffiness on purpose so that you drink less and run away from here faster. By the way, when we checked into the room in the bathroom, we saw that someone went to the toilet and did not flush after themselves....and the napkin was not removed from the bucket. And there is no good toothbrush cup, there are disposable cups in the bathroom, this is the first time I've seen this. Like that. It is better to look at other hotels. We stayed at this hotel in July 2022. I do not know who writes these rave reviews, but we did not get any pleasure from the rest and the money spent. The tour was purchased in Anex for 180 t.r. for 11 days. The hotel doesn't look like a 5-star hotel at all. At best, the average is 4. I do not recommend taking a night flight, because you do not sleep all night, and check-in is not earlier than 14.00. The reception at the hotel works terribly, the attitude is boorish. The air conditioner did not work in the elevator most of the time, for some reason Russians were settled on the 5th floor. The keys to the room were given out at exactly 14.00, we went to look. The cleaning was done in a hurry, even the urine in the toilet was not flushed. They asked to replace it, they said wait for an answer. There were already people with children and elderly parents at the reception, who were accommodated in a room of a different standard than they paid for. The cleaning is bad, dust and hair are flying everywhere, broken dishes on the floors. The staff tries their best in the restaurant, but everything is like at the train station. It's better to come earlier for breakfast and later for dinner, otherwise while you're walking around with a plate, your place will be taken. There is something to choose from, you will not stay hungry. The animation is strange, for three. On the plus side: there were always free sun beds and a beautiful sea. If you are going with children, then the entrance is a pebble and immediately deep. You need to buy sneakers or train your will). The architecture of the hotel itself is strange, everything is ill-conceived and shabby. The reception area is stuffy because of the glass ceiling. For 13 nights, two times, as it goes, 3 elderly women come, put a trash can on the table, spray the floor from a plastic bottle, then wipe this dirt with a rag- that's all the cleaning, I was shocked by what I saw, the safe did not work for 3 days, until it was repaired according to my convincing prose. They put a dispenser in the shower and left scattered screws under their feet. Gosoda, and this is a 5 * hotel where everything is included, well, the reception is not the most friendly contingent. For what kind of money and such a worm???? I'm not going there anymore! And I don't advise others. Maybe they remember the cleaning company and the administration, well, then we'll see. We stayed at this hotel in late September and early October 2022. The hotel is not big, but cozy. The food is normal, you will not stay hungry. The room was given a family room, a view of the neighboring houses. A big minus is cleaning, yes, it may be daily, but it is very bad. If there is an empty bottle, used disposable cups, they will not be thrown away, only if they are in the trash. The room was chosen with a double bed, but was given with two single beds, moved and laid a large sheet. OK, fine. But with each cleaning, sheets were laid on each bed, and they always moved away. We turned to the woman who is responsible for cleaning. They came and made up one sheet. But the next day, the story repeated itself. So we lived for several days with the beds moving away. The floor was washed with some kind of detergent, he had it sticky. The bedside tables remained dusty after cleaning. Upon check-in, the room was also not very well cleaned.
There were not enough sunbeds on the beach, although it was the end of the season, but the staff brought them from the pool. And a very big minus, it was boring. The only animation is beach volleyball and darts.
The description of the hotel states a sandy beach. But it is sandy exactly before entering the sea, it is very painful to go barefoot. It is better to have special slippers. But this is rather not a minus, someone likes to walk on stones.
It is better not to waste time on the Ala kart Turkish restaurant, they serve the same as in the main restaurant, but for a very long time, several couples left without waiting for the dishes to be served.
In general, the hotel is not 5 * of course, but if you solve the cleaning issue, then it's fine.

some reviews are not entirely clear, perhaps due to the fact that we are talking about another hotel, but I am doing a review specifically about the Washington Resort Hotel & SPA, which was signed on Yandex maps at the time of the rest was completely wrong (more precisely, the pentagonal hotel building was not signed at all). I stayed at the hotel with my wife and six-year-old granddaughter from 06/11/2022 to 06/19/2022. According to the staff: the hotel was closed for two years during the pandemic, this time was used for repairs. Overall: the impressions are the best; a small cozy, green hotel area with two pools (including for small vacationers), two hydrogills, a bar and cafe near the pools, a playground, a large bar-dining room (terrace) between the pools and the sea, beautiful paths to the beach (by the way, it's only to the sea 100 meters - according to personal estimates, the location on the map does not quite correspond to reality, the territory is clearly closer to the sea and to the right of the neighboring Lyra hotel, and not behind it as indicated on the map)
Meals: Breakfast in the restaurant, Lunch - terrace, Dinner - restaurant. The menu is very diverse and many things change daily (although my wife correctly noticed: there was no choice of first courses for lunch, one thing, but different every day), but salads, greens, for the second, third and desserts - for every taste. I was in Turkey for the first time, I don't know how in other hotels, but here I was struck by the care for vacationers in terms of leisure activities, for which I would like to thank the team of two guys and two girls under the guidance of an experienced manager (in the evening, part-time humorist): every day from 10.00 we were invited to: water polo, air rifle shooting, darts, beach volleyball, a playground with excellent staff worked from 10.00 to 17.00 (two pretty girls, one of whom speaks Russian perfectly) and you can leave the child there at least for the whole day, entertainment programs began in the evening: 20.30 children's entertainment program, from 21.30 - for adults.

I am currently resting at this hotel. It is stated 5*, but this is a maximum of 3*. The room is shabby, repairs have probably not been done since the time of construction. There is no shampoo, gel, or toothbrush cup in the tub. I've never seen an air conditioner like this, it's just a grille in the wall and something is blowing from there. Probably since Soviet times. It works every other time. What I gave 86t for is not clear. Plus it's well fed. The beach seems to be good, but spoils the entry into the sea, rocks and immediately a cliff. You're being sucked into these rocks. In general, I do not advise those who are used to comfort. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby and it does not always catch.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We arrived there for the second time (we were there for the first time in 2018) and did not regret it at all. In all areas, the work is carried out at the highest level, the food is varied for every taste, just a couple of steps to the sea, friendly staff, especially I would like to note the work of the animators of the Violetta and Vicky children's club. Having visited the mini-club once, the children simply did not leave it. It is understandable that there is a rich entertainment program of all kinds of games, mobile and calm, sensitive attitude to girls' children. There are pros and cons, of the cons

According to the room, they checked into a dirty room , only towels and bed linen were clean. There was nothing in the mini bar except minimal water, in the rest of the rooms there was cola, sprite, and tea. The Internet sucks, crashes every minute, paid also sucks, it's not worth spending money!!!! The staff is rude, not all of them, of course, there are a couple of normal ones! The hotel itself is quiet and pleasant. The beach is small pebbles, well, or coarse sand... The entrance to the sea is pebbly and quite steep. With a strong wave (the other one did not see) it drifts into the sea, do not leave children unattended. In general, it is suitable for a family holiday. The staff speaks or understands Russian. The rooms are cozy, but there is a problem with most hotels, it is a micro-television. The water in the shower is gorgeous, shampoos and gels are of good quality. What is still not convenient is the inability to hand over beach towels in the evening and you have to go with towels for breakfast.
And also, if you are lucky enough to choose a room, choose from the 30th and beyond. The first thirty will not please you with the view and will make noise with the ventilation of the neighboring hotel.
And also, if the hotel administration is reading me: redo the playground, there are moments where children can get hurt. Well, thanks for a good rest.

This is a great kitchen, and free ice cream with waffles and a pool with slides with a bar. The beach is divided into two parts, sand + small stone and sun beds further under palm trees on the grass, who loves shade. Free WiFi is only available in the lobby, but if you pay 25 USD (per week), it will be absolutely everywhere, even on the beach. There is also a children's playground. A little weak children's animation, but overall excellent.

Very clean sea, excellent area for relaxing under palm trees. Delicious ice cream, waffles, glazed donuts on the beach. A decent hotel. Some of the rooms are above an open restaurant, it's a bit noisy to wake up in the morning and a strange neighborly air conditioner on the balcony and Wi-Fi was also missing. But on the whole it is good.
