I stayed for a week. Everything is good and I liked it. The staff gave clear instructions on late check-in. The apartment has everything you need, except probably a microwave. On the other hand, maybe it's for the best that the apartments don't smell of food. There was a real problem with the air conditioner. It didn't work almost at all. the staff couldn't help.
All the disadvantages will be point by point:
1. It is indicated at the time of booking that payment is made only at the time of arrival. In fact, 10 days before arrival, the representative of the apartment called and asked to pay the full cost of the stay.
2. When booking, we indicated the estimated time of arrival: from 14:00 to 15:00. The apartment confirmed this time of arrival. But when we arrived at 14:55, only one apartment was ready. The second apartment was still being cleaned and in fact we were only able to check in at 16:00.
3. Immediately after checking in, we asked to change the high round table to a square one, the same was in the second room, but the apartment representatives refused, and did not try to help us in any way.
4. We checked into the apartment on December 31, there was a bar under our rooms and music with bass played in it until 6 am, and it was impossible to fall asleep. since there is no sound insulation. Representatives of the apartments did not help resolve this issue in any way. I had to go downstairs and argue with the bar to turn off the music. Moreover, the representatives of the apartments did not even apologize in any way and did not react to this problem.
5. Check-out is indicated at 12:00, but upon arrival we specified that we could leave a little later. As a result, the concierge called at 13:00 and demanded that we leave, and to my comment that we received the room an hour later because of their fault, he replied: it doesn't matter what time you checked in. We need to check out because they need to clean the room. After my explanation of who is who and a description of their high 'service', the demands to move out of the room disappeared.
Bottom line: the apartments position themselves as a high-level European format. In fact, our local collective farm service and staff who do not know how to talk to guests and do not know how to solve problems and help guests. The shamefacers.
