This is a very good hotel. hospitable staff. Lovely smiling waiters, especially Taraka. The best pillows are here. The only negative is that there is a construction site nearby, but it doesn’t interfere.

A wonderful hotel, we are absolutely delighted, take it-you will not regret it for sure!! the service is at the highest level, the rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is awesome, proseco in the morning, fruits like lychee, etc., a turntable - avocado, avocado mousses, etc., and in addition to the buffet, you can also choose something from the menu, special thanks to the waiters at the Ginger moon restaurant, you are so cool and friendly!! thank you!! A lovely stylish hotel. The room has everything you might need. Separately, I would like to note the unrealistically cool pillows and bathrobes, just the best in the last 20 years of travel for sure. The view from the balcony is impressive.
We had a great few days, even found time for a pool with a beautiful view, and to visit the hotel's beach.
The choice of breakfast dishes is not only from the buffet, but also Ala carte, and the quality of the products pleased.
We will be happy to recommend the hotel and come back.

The hotel is magnificent. The perfect combination of style and comfort with an ideal location.
First and most importantly, the idea of Adults only is the best invention of mankind after the washing machine. The absence of crying and screaming children, and most importantly their noisy moms, is something worth paying extra for)
So, we lived on the 22nd floor in a corner deluxe room. The room has a magnificent view from the huge panoramic windows.
The room's equipment is impressive - an impressive bar with everything necessary for making cocktails (a shaker, a set of drinks, an ice bucket, various glasses) as well as a coffee machine, capsules, tea, cream, sugar. Ice is brought on request within a couple of minutes. The room has a speaker, TV, hair dryer, ironing board, iron (with steam, good). Bathrobes are soft, but not hot, slippers are very atypical for a hotel, a good set of cosmetics. A huge bathroom with a bathtub and a shower cabin. All this with a huge panoramic window! Believe me, taking a bath with a view of the shining Dubai at night is a separate kind of pleasure!
Spacious closet with lots of hangers, shelves, safe.
Room service is beyond praise. They react instantly, politely, courteously.
The breakfasts at the hotel are excellent - a huge selection of food for every taste. 5 types of hot are ordered according to the menu, the rest is a buffet. Three types of bacon, 6 types of milk, a separate table for avocado dishes. Everyone will find a breakfast to their liking.

The hotel is luxurious! There was enough convenience and comfort everywhere and in everything. Any request or comment had a positive and effective response. The rooms are spacious, bright, with an interesting interior, the room has bathroom amenities, a coffee machine, illuminated mirrors, a TV without Russian-language channel settings. The food is varied, restaurants of Italian, Spanish, Mexican, Chinese, Greek cuisines; service in restaurants and bars is long, but courteous. The beach is equipped with everything necessary, but the water space is located between an active construction site, skyscrapers and a marina and boats. The hotel is more suitable for business trips with an emphasis on relaxation than a vacation by the sea.

Very nice hotel, good breakfasts. There is access to the beach. When checking in, it is better to take higher rooms, as it can be very noisy due to the pool and clubs nearby. We lived on the 21st floor, even there the music reached us. The staff, apparently, know about this feature themselves, so there is a set of earplugs in each room at once))

A very beautiful and interesting hotel, catchy at first glance. Accepts only 16+ guests. The interiors are amazing -dark corridors are a feature of the hotel, the rooms are chic and everything is unusual. The contingent is -40+ adult couples. The views from the rooms are gorgeous.

I had a rest in June 2024, when I checked in, I was immediately offered a room of the category I ordered, or wait 1.5 hours and I can check into a room above the category. I chose the latter. In total, I got a gorgeous room on the 22nd floor with a view of the palm tree). I took everything included and never regretted it. Everything was really free, from food to alcohol. In general, the hotel is wonderful, the service is excellent. They cleaned in the morning and prepared for bed in the evening. I recommend visiting, I think I will stay here again next time. Good location of the hotel, close to the Palm Tree and the Walk Marina.

The construction site is noisy around the clock , there is a queue for breakfast , coffee is carried for 10 minutes , for breakfast during the week everything is the same , the deposit left at check-in has not yet been transferred ( a week has passed) maybe they lie down at % in the savings account, to be honest, the reception service is very lame : they may not pick up the phone , Russian - speaking people are like waifs , it 's very difficult to find them to talk , then they say that they will call you back and become waifs again , by the way , they printed out a receipt at check- out , which we used and added for each person 6, 5, 3 dirhams allegedly for using the phone inside the room, calling the city, calling somewhere else after I discovered this fact and pointed to my fingers, they were simply deleted from the receipt and a new receipt was made, I have not seen such a trifle anywhere else....
In general, do not count on the service in this hotel....

I take off half a point only for the service of the Ginger Tree restaurant: a very long wait for dishes on the menu (the Russian waiter is a darling, a lot of different food and juices. Almost everything is very tasty. Every day you can choose lunch or dinner (if the food is HB), while you can eat in 2 neighboring hotels.
The W Hotel itself is amazing! Compact, incredibly beautiful. The reception staff tries to solve all your questions as quickly as possible, everyone is very friendly. In ordinary rooms, Davines cosmetics, in suites - Aqua di Parma. Dressing room, huge bathroom with rain shower. The number of drinks in the mini-bar makes your eyes blink (if you take Al, you will be happy). It is an ideal choice for young people and couples. JBR - 5 minutes by car (25 on foot), to Burj Khalifa by taxi about 40 minutes with traffic jams. Another small minus at the beach is algae. On the beach of Barasti - periodically swim in the water. On the main beach of the hotel - grow at the entrance. They don't interfere, but they spoil the view a little.

A cheerful hotel. As a colleague said, Marriott is the opposite. The meeting room is a little cramped, but otherwise everything is fine. I liked the view from the room window: "palm tree", airfield, Ferris wheel. It's noisy only in the evenings, but that was the World Cup in Qatar, the street broadcast of which could be watched from the balcony (not watched, not a fan).
