I highly do not recommend the seller because of unscrupulous employees. During the order process, they offered to buy another product three times (each time more expensive), arguing that the product I was interested in had already been sold (why the ad is still hanging is not clear). As a result, I was offered a spare part (I bought a steering wheel switch on a VW), and they sent me a photo for inspection. I was confused by the appearance, and I asked the employee a specific question: "is the part damaged or just dirty? "He highlighted the place I'm asking about in the photo. I was confidently told that the part was not new (there are no complaints about this, I understand perfectly well myself) and was simply dirty and that the defect that I highlighted was being "wiped off", they informed me that the delivery would be at my expense and we concluded the deal. Upon receiving the spare part, right at the pick-up point, I saw that there was a deep scratch in the place I asked about in the photo. I returned the product and asked for a refund for the delivery, as an employee of the company simply deceived me and I am not going to pay for other people's mistakes, but upon return they simply deducted the shipping cost. As a result, I paid about 2 thousand and a little rubles just to look at the product as which I was brazenly deceived. The person who corresponded with me is called Alexander, and I have all my correspondence saved. I ask clients who want to contact this company to think 1000 times.
