We had a rest together in November, I wanted to dilute the gray Moscow weekdays)). The guest house has fully met our expectations! Everything in the room is done with love and care for the guests: a very comfortable bed, nice bed linen. It's great to see the stars falling asleep, and waking up-the endless sea. The room is decorated with wood, very pleasant smell. At the same time, this is not a banal clapboard, the interior design is stylish and modern. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail. There are slippers, toothbrushes, gel, shampoo in the bathroom. Tea, coffee. There is also a pine grove behind the house, the aroma is amazing)).
Very friendly, intelligent hosts, we took advantage of the transfer, everything is accurate, minute to minute.
Yes, the uphill climb is quite steep, but it didn't bother us, it was perceived as a workout)).

We had a vacation with my husband in October 2023. I liked everything) the friendly hosts suggested a very tasty cafe, they will always answer and help. The view is simply unreal! Very beautiful. Every day we spent the evening on the balcony, gorgeous sunsets, beautiful sunrises. The room is cozy, everything is in wood, neat, stylish. The bed is big, the mattress is soft, you just drown. Modern plumbing, slippers, towels, accessories, everything is there! Kettle, refrigerator, tea, sugar. The air conditioner was working. Everything is fine! The view even from the room was amazing! In the courtyard there is a swimming pool, sun loungers, palm trees, grapes... There is an observation deck on the roof))) with hanging chairs. We will be happy to come back again. Yes, climbing from the sea is still a pleasure))) but really. We walked every day, and more than once. But they did not bring extra kg😊

The photos fully correspond to reality. Wonderful view from the balcony, it's nice to spend evenings on the balcony with this view.
Polite hospitable hosts. I really liked the room, clean, beautiful renovation. A very comfortable bed.
Going up the mountain is not small, but we are young, for us it was just a training session so as not to swim during the vacation) As a last resort, there is a transfer service
In general. If you are not afraid of steep ascents up the mountain, then I highly recommend it, the views from above compensate for any fatigue

Very, very cool, charming hosts and wonderful apartments, gorgeous views. We cried with joy that we had found such a wonderful place.
Everything is clean, there is tea and coffee, a small pool, as modern and tasteful as possible. The recommendation is 110%. We are only here in Gagra now and we will try to stop.

There is an obstacle in the form of a steep climb from the embankment, but this does not cloud the picture in any way. Moreover, you can always ask the hostess to bring you down or up for an additional fee.

There are beautiful views at the height, this is what attracted me, but there are many disadvantages, because of which I cannot recommend this guest house. Firstly, the split system at the very top does not cope with its work during the day, according to the hostess, it does not pull out because of the panoramic windows, at night everything works, although it will be cool at night and without a split. Secondly, those who have problems with insects are definitely not your option, there are a lot of them and ants, and bugs, and some scary creatures will surround you, especially in the bathroom. Thirdly, it is audibility, if there is a room above you, then this is such a noise level from ordinary steps that you might think that there is a herd of horses there, if you think that living upstairs you are lucky, then no noise from the lower ones will also be audible to you. Fourth, it is an insanely difficult way up the mountain, going down and up several times a day will be very difficult, especially in hot weather, taxi drivers do not all know the way to the house, but the hostess can offer her transfer. The pool is small, the deck chairs are dirty. Of course, there are advantages, this is the interior, balconies with rocking chairs and sofas, a good bathroom, wood-coniferous diffusers perfectly add atmosphere, soap, gels and shampoos are in abundance, but unreasonably expensive for so many disadvantages, just an instagrammable place

A very nice hotel. The views from it are just a bomb. The owners are very nice, there is a swimming pool with a bar opening soon, the rooms are clean, it smells very nice, there is Parking, but the hotel itself is located on a mountain. In general, we are very satisfied with the time spent at this hotel

The Vysota Hotel was the best hotel for Abkhazia for us!! the view can be seen from the photo-it is very beautiful here, you can see the sea,mountains and even Russia (Sirius),the hotel is located on a mountain and you need to walk up and down-but there is a solution to call a transfer,the rooms themselves are made very modern and beautiful-each room has its own special highlight,and if that there is a public kitchen and a swimming pool with a terrace, we stayed for the last week, and we have already come here 3 times-we are always very satisfied!!

I really liked the guest house. Modern design, excellent mattress, the view of the sea is simply bombastic, the feeling of flying on a magic carpet, only the sea and the sky! When we saw this hotel, we immediately booked it!
And they never lost!
This is not a big family hotel, where we were welcomed at home.
The room itself is tastefully furnished, but the highlight of this hotel is, of course, the view of Gagra and the sea 🤩
The hotel itself is located in the mountains, so I had to go down and up, walk calmly to the sea for 15-20 minutes. It didn't scare us for a second, on the contrary, you can wander through the old residential quarters, sometimes resembling the streets of Sicily)))

The room is good. There is no barbecue area, there is nowhere to fry kebabs at all and a very bad entrance, the road is all dead and on the mountain. If you get tired of walking without a car. And by car, there is a chance to damage it, since roads have not been made there since the collapse of the Soviet Union. Of course, the view from there is beautiful to the sea, if in an expensive room with a balcony.

Just the facts. I booked this hotel through Yandex.Travel in March 2024 to July 2024. The reservation was confirmed. In the middle of May, I received a notification that the accommodation was not ready to accept me and the reservation was canceled. I checked the prices, they increased exactly 2 times for my dates at this hotel.
I did not manage to visit the hotel itself, and of course I will not visit it anymore, this is a review and a warning about the attitude of Altitude to booking.

I must say right away if you have nothing to do here without a car for the sake of beautiful photos, you should not go, or get ready / train your legs because you will have to climb a very steep road from the sea for a long time. The otherwise clean and spacious rooms are made of wood.
