Of course, I didn't damage the printer. The defect was detected immediately (!) after unpacking and during an attempt to exploit. A written complaint was sent to the store, in response to which, in addition to articles copied from the legislation, even unrelated to the case, there was a paragraph stating that, according to the instructions of the sales manager, I had to check the printer's operability upon receipt by connecting it to the electrical network. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that by connecting to the electrical network, the light bulbs on the printer simply light up, which absolutely does not indicate its further operability. Upon receipt, the buyer can check the complex product only for external damage, which was not there. In addition, delivery from the store is carried out only to the entrance.
