In general, initially the store seemed pretty good, attractive prices, polite guys.I ordered a computer for a friend and it became interesting: we agreed with the manager about delivery on a certain day, but it was postponed, well, okay, it's not critical.Otherwise, the order is in order.Later I ordered my daughter's laptop, here it is even more interesting:some laptop specifications are stated on the store's website, in fact others, when I confirmed the order by phone, I decided to check and asked the manager to read out the characteristics. It turned out that the processor in it was not Ryzen 5, but Ryzen 3, and the ssd was not 512GB but 256, it was said with a creak after a request for clarification of information, and so a laptop worse in deleuze would have arrived, but for the same money, because "Well, it happens". Since there was no time left, I ordered another laptop, rechecked the information several times, everything seemed to match. However, hello: Oh, you know, but on this laptop there is no factory Russian language on the keyboard, because "Well, that's how it turned out."He spat, left it as it is.For the third and definitely the last time, I ordered PC components, brought them, received, signed, received a receipt.A week later (A WEEK, CARL!) they call, introduce themselves as the delivery service and say that I did not pay extra for something. He explained that I had given everything by check, the driver / courier counted it, hung up, then called again, I already irritably explained that you don't have to pull me, please sort out your problems yourself. Now they are calling from the store and offering to include the unpaid amount in the next order or issue a separate invoice. I exploded. He explained that there would never be any more orders, that the guys had lost their banks and were fucked up.It turned out even without a mat. That's it. I recommend thinking 7 times before ordering anything from this online store. With best wishes.
I thought this was one of the few stores where the prices of goods always correspond to reality, but unfortunately I was wrong.
01/15/2024 I found a 4060ti video card on the website at a very pleasant price (doubts were initially about the cost, but there had never been any problems with this site in terms of price before)
After a while, the manager calls me, but because I couldn't answer, I dropped the call.
After that, I called back and apparently contacted an employee who was not aware of this cost (the card cost them a little more than 1 thousand, and usually it costs 1400-1500) because he clarified the order and apparently wanted to confirm everything until I decided to clarify the cost of the goods. After a short wait, the phrase "The product is not available" followed. A typical phrase for second-rate sites that apparently did not finish something, do not want to admit guilt and just dismiss you by the fact that the product is out of stock, and after a while it just appears on the site as if nothing had happened. He didn't even swear. It's just unpleasant that our online stores are not controlled in any way in this regard and they can simply turn you around at any moment and say that we will not deliver anything to you. Why have I never seen such a problem on global online stores (Aliexpress, WB, etc.) (at what price I ordered, the product came at this price), but with us it's just through one store. I will order here only as a last resort.
I bought PC hardware, and a month later the PC began to reboot. I identified the processor, put it into repair, after a week and a half they call and say take it away, it was not confirmed.
I additionally made a motherboard and RAM, everything happens, there is a problem with them.
After another 2 weeks, I already typed! Because they promised and did not call, they said that everything was normal, there was no defect. Well, okay, I took it, by the way, I could only pick it up after 3 weeks.
Everything was really fine for a week, and then after a new reboot, then I started to get bombed. I brought them the whole computer. As a result, they still handed over the processor separately once again, promised to send it to another service.
I'm writing in a week. And you have a crumpled corner here, so it reboots (I'll put a photo on it). If anything, neither I nor the receiver noticed this "dent" 3 times when I handed it over and it turns out 3 times when I came from the service, nor the previous service 2 times and only 3 noticed everything.
They're trying to sell me a beaten percentage now!
So the funny thing is that I myself worked in the warranty department and I know how everything happens, and I tried to arrange to go to the service myself, but the Warranty department categorically does not want to give the addresses of the services.
And the processor. I definitely definitely didn't drop it, especially not so much. If he was like that, then he was sold like that, which means that they just sold me a deliberately defective product!
I have already written a claim, I will go to court if anything happens.
