I stood in line for half an hour, when it was my turn to place an order, 4 more people appeared in front of me, and one of them came up an hour ago, took up the queue. Yes, apparently, the shawarma is really very tasty, but 1.5-2 hours to wait for it is too much. Well, as always in Abkhazia, the staff is very "friendly". It feels like I'm standing with my hand outstretched and asking to be fed. For whom time does not matter, you can stand in line. But this approach to clients is depressing. If you don't have enough hands, hire someone else. It's just a tent on the street, not a cafe where you can sit and wait. And in a cafe, waiting for your dish for more than 30 minutes is a horror. What can we say about the shawarma?
A little later, I also saw the boorish responses of the owner to negative reviews. After the borders are normally opened, so many people will not go to you, and in most cases there will be the same reason: "yes, the nature in Abkhazia is beautiful, but this is the only plus." Learn to respect the customers: do not make them wait more than an hour, smile, not be rude. We are your bread.

Friends! Another good place in Gagra, and a delicious dinner is provided for you. We ordered a barbecue, 850 g, 10 mushrooms (impossibly delicious, in marinade, with sauce) and vegetables on the grill, three pita bread, barbecue sauce as a gift to us. For all 1,700 rubles, and we couldn't eat together. They cook better than in our hotel restaurants, no one knows who or how. Here the host cooks with love for his work and kindness to each guest. Wonderful, friendly people! Thank you for a wonderful evening in Abkhazia!

Two evenings in a row we took a barbecue and shawarma with us. On the second evening, mushrooms and lula were added. Everything is very tasty!!!! Sergey and his wife do it from the bottom of their hearts!
Opposite there is a cool park with tables and swings. That's where we enjoyed the sunset with meat!!!

What is the trick of this shawarma? The owner of the point prepares shawarma from meat baked on coals. It's not a chicken.
The problem with this place is that the owner and his wife-assistant can not cope with the abundance of orders. The queue is at least fifteen minutes long. It's been a very long time. Sometimes the owner says that he no longer accepts orders and asks to come over in 40 minutes. This is not a service at all, it is its absence. As for the taste: here he is trying so hard, making meat, probably marinating, his wife neatly folds the shawarma and adds sauce and vegetables - but in the end nothing special to taste. The usual shawarma. It's high-quality, but you won't buy it a second time, because it's exactly the same everywhere. Well, here it's just not made of chicken and it takes a very long time to cook. You can wait not 15, but all 30 minutes, and in the end they will tell you - it's over, there's nothing to cook from, come in 40 minutes or an hour. Who's going to wait? There's a cafe every 100 meters on each side of the road.
