Great guest house! And the housewives have a separate respect! Very helpful and kind people! The rooms are excellent, the rooms have everything you need a refrigerator, air conditioning, refrigerator, bathroom, shower, hairdryer. There is a separate place for washing. Room cleaning. The yard is gorgeous, clean, barbecue area. We had a family vacation with children in June, we were very satisfied. The sea is nearby for 10 minutes slowly, shops are nearby. Thanks to Beslan, he suggested everything- he told me where to go with children, what to visit, what to see! I definitely recommend it, but we WILL COME BACK AGAIN 😄🤩

We stayed at the Wood House Guest house for almost two weeks. I really liked everything. Cozy and comfortable rooms, everything is clean and tidy. The rooms are cleaned every three days, which was a very pleasant surprise. The hosts are hospitable and friendly. Special thanks to Beslan! He will always help and tell you in an accessible way how and by what to get where, in which store what is better to buy. In general, we are always in touch with our visitors. The house itself is in a quiet area. Shops, cafes are within walking distance, and the nearest beach is a 7-10 minute walk away. In general, we have only positive impressions. We definitely recommend visiting Wood House. We will definitely come back here again🫶🏼

A great place to relax! Cozy rooms, WiFi, a small refrigerator in the room, there is a barbecue in the courtyard. Pleasant and helpful hosts. Homemade wine and chacha. The sea is only 15 minutes away. Beslan will tell you where you can go for a rest or an excursion, as well as where it is better to get fresh mussels and oysters.

My favorite hotel in Abkhazia, the most sincere is the owners Beslan and Zaur, they will always tell you where to go, what to see, it's just nice to chat. The rooms in the hotel are small, but very cozy. The kitchen has everything for cooking and relaxing. We have been coming for the third year in a row, and we will definitely return.

If you are planning a vacation in Abkhazia, definitely come to Sukhum to Beslan! A clean, beautiful guest house, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The friendly host will tell you about all the interesting places, tell you where to get there (on foot, taxi, tour: the latter will help and select competent guides) The beach, cafes, market and shops are within walking distance. Great place! I'm coming back for the second year. A cozy guest house, sincere hosts. Beslan will explain and tell you everything.
The kitchen is fully equipped. The rooms have everything you need. Everything is clean.
The store is around the corner, 7 minutes to the sea. Within walking distance of the center, restaurants, a sandy beach, minibuses, a Turkish sweet shop and supermarkets where cards are accepted.
It is convenient to go on excursions in all directions. If to Abkhazia, then only here!

We were with the children in Sukhumi in June-July, stayed at Wood House.We really liked everything!The rooms are clean, cozy, and have everything you need.
The owners are wonderful people-Uncle Zaur, Beslan, hi-they will tell you everything, show you and take you by the hand!
To the beach, the promenade is 7-10 minutes on foot, shops,canteens, cafes are within walking distance.

Vacation in June 2023. Nice guest house. We had a vacation with my Wife in December 2022.
I liked the warm welcome of the hosts. Comfortable accommodation in a room that conveys the smell of wood, because it is completely built of larch. The room has all the amenities, warmth, clean bed. Everything on the territory of the guest house is perfectly clean and tidy, homely!
Beslan personally put labels on the Maps me map of what to see in Abkhazia, thanks to him we saw beautiful, wonderful and historical places and used our time effectively. The house has a convenient geographical location in the center of Sukhum, as well as in its quiet quarter, within walking distance of a supermarket, an embankment, Parks and baking hot Abkhazian lavash from tandoor!) We were in our car and parked the car in the yard, which I also want to note as a big plus, and also went on all excursions in our car, which is convenient from the center of Sukhum, and these are waterfalls, hot springs, Temples, Chernihiv, Beaches, and of course the Ritsa!
I would also like to mention a clean kitchen with everything you need and there is a place where a washing machine is located!
In general, I liked everything, we will definitely come back, because one week is not enough to fully see all the surroundings and various beautiful places!

The hospitality is good, there are no questions for the owner Beslan, but his father is a kind of administrator and lives there around the clock, he is not very. The room is cleaned only after you tell Beslan again. It is stated on the Booking that there is parking in the yard, yes it is, but in fact it is a maximum for three cars (one of them is the owner's), and this type of admin asks to remove cars from the yard, arguing that they interfere with residents in the yard.

We had a vacation with my wife during the honeymoon period. I liked everything. The hosts are hospitable, polite, and will help in any situation that any vacationer may encounter. The sea is 10 minutes away at a leisurely pace. There is a chic dining room nearby, for a little money they will feed you well and tasty. We were very satisfied with our stay in this guest house! Friendly hosts, free meeting at the railway station, told everything where it is, room cleaning and change of linen and towels every 3 days, clean, quiet, cozy as at home! Nearby there are shops, a very tasty and inexpensive cafe-dining room! Assistance in organizing excursions, treating guests like family! We had a rest with my wife in Sukhum on April 9-11, 2019 at the Wood House. This guest house is on the level of resorts in the Crimea and Krasnodar Territory (it's no secret that rooms in Abkhazia are often converted rooms of a residential master's house, in a rather primitive taste). Here it is convenient, beautiful, concise, without frills. The rooms are clean, the linen is fresh, the yard is in order. There is still little greenery, but it will grow through the efforts of the owners. The guest house is almost in the center, everything is within walking distance. The room price (1000 rubles) is quite affordable.
But these are all small things compared to the cultural and mental shock that we experienced from the cordiality and hospitality of Zaur and Beslan. I have always been skeptical of such reviews and did not think that I would fall for this hook myself. But not saying thank you to Zaur and Beslan means lying to your soul and betraying your friends. Yes, in two days we have made new friends not only in their person, but also among their loved ones. The owners are educated, delicate, respectful people who always offer help, but do not become annoying.
I wish prosperity to your institution, and to you guys (this is father and son), health and warmth of your loved ones. Thank you for my new look at the land of the soul!
