The world cards that they sell for 2 thousand tenge are a completely useless piece of plastic from which it is impossible to withdraw or transfer money. The ruble exchange rate in this pathetic semblance of a bank is 4 tenge per ruble. The commission is horse-drawn. There is a reasonable question why it was necessary to open a branch if you simply can't even make a cash register there?
