They hate everyone because they have to work for you, and it's all slow.
At lunch, the department is empty, there is simply not a single manager because lunch, everyone gets up and leaves, and you took time off from work to get a card in time for lunch and sit, wait an hour until the managers deign to have lunch.

There is no desire to return there, only if it is very necessary.
I stopped by to make a MIR card for payment in Russia, I was a little surprised. This is not the Caspian Sea, the card will be issued only the next day after lunch. For online card transactions, you still need a paper application. In general, the bank is slightly behind the development of Kazakhstani banks.
