The other windows did not seem to work, no one else was called. The time is 14:35, so far no one has been accepted, that is, one person who needs to open a card is served for almost 30 minutes. This is no good. Now I have to sit here for 3 hours to open a card or something??
Employees are barely alive, walking back and forth aimlessly. As if they have no desire to help as many customers as possible.

There are no complaints against the bank. Everything is clear. But the fact that there is no parking for customers and you can't go there, it's just a huge fat minus 2 stars. You always have to park somewhere far away in the yards and then go, if it's not convenient with children at all, to walk.
