I managed to stop by only two months later. Upon arrival, I found out that the refund amount is 15p less than originally stated. It turns out that not only did they report the overpayment only a year later (and all this time they "used" the money in circulation), they also charged me a fine, such as for storing this money (which began to accrue, as I understood, just a year after the overpayment). In general, the amount is small, but it was unpleasant and I felt cheated.

Then I call the bank to find out if the account is closed for sure, and find out that there is an overpayment, which no one even REPORTED! I had to go back to the bank in order to collect the overpayment and wait for the account to be closed after that for 7 whole days!!! I will never contact this bank again and will not advise anyone!
I only used the loan for a month. Clearly the specialist served, politely. The loan was repaid in 15 minutes...thanks to the bank and its specialists. HELPED OUT!

The bank has announced the Western Union money transfer service. In fact, no one wants to do this on the spot, or can't (VTB branch, Gomel, Sovetskaya). It would seem that this bank is not able to perform a simple financial transaction!!! The competence of the staff is at the lowest level. Even the review in the book of comments and suggestions was not allowed to leave. It is worth thinking about the image of your institution.
