We ordered an electric car for 6664 UAH, made a 100% prepayment, because we ordered for a gift, specifically asked it looks like in the photo, to which we were told yes, in the end the car came there were no Chevrolet badges (although we separately focused on them) the wheels were completely different, there was no guarantee or receipt for the car. I started calling to find out what was the matter, they told me that they kept the guarantee for themselves, that in case of a breakdown they would replace everything, promised to send the receipt and badges, as a result, I spent three days trying to get a TTN for the receipt and badges, one of my numbers was blocked, and in the end they said that they had run out of badges and they did not they can send it, they said take it at the new post office, I say that the case is 100% prepayment and the new post office only gives a receipt for delivery and that I bought a car in your store and not at the new post office, and the manager says that he can't help me in any way....So I do not advise anyone to buy here, well, thank you for at least sending an electric car.

I ordered a blue bike from this store with delivery to Kiev. We called back, confirmed the availability of the product I needed and provided the details for 100% payment. I paid within 10 minutes with the hope of the decency of the store, still not a private announcement. The next day they called back and said that the warehouse did not have the right color, there was only red. I said that the color doesn't suit me and I don't need to send it. I was asked to reset the details for a refund to the post office. That was the end of normal communication.... There was no reaction to my letter and I called back to clarify the return, and in response I hear "we sent you a red one." Why did you send it, this is the second question, but we will return the money when you come to the warehouse, pay for delivery, refuse and it will come back, we will take it somewhere. This person doesn't answer the phone anymore. The store monotonously says write letters, we do not answer such questions, to the statement "so you do not answer letters either" and other arguments that this is not possible with the client and that it is not my fault that he was sent in the wrong color, the reaction is the same, write letters. The impressions of communication are negative, not many stores are rude and hang up when communicating. As a result: I sent the bike back to Odessa for my money, the money for the goods was not returned, they no longer take the phone. I have written to the Consumer Protection Society, I am waiting for the result.
