The two of them went to visit their grandchildren in Alushta. We booked tickets a month in advance and were very worried that something would go wrong. Fortunately, our fears were not confirmed and the day before departure, the carrier contacted us and told us the bus number and where the departure would be. We ordered (2 adults and a child) a trip to Crimea in August for 2 weeks, and a return trip for 3 weeks. We arrived in Crimea without any problems. When ordering a return trip, the contact number of the Russian operator was indicated, which was not activated upon arrival, we called the dispatcher (the dispatcher is not introduced) and dictated a valid contact phone number for communication. A day before the trip from Crimea, just in case, they called the dispatcher to remind them of themselves, to which they received the answer: "Everything is fine, don't worry, they will call you back," they called the dispatcher 4 times - they received the same answer. At 20:30, the dispatcher called and said that we were removed from the reservation due to the fact that they could not reach us (they called the control room 4 times!). As a result, with a child in my arms, I had to get on a crossbar, because I had to leave the hotel, and there was no direct flight. The general impression is that the people we talked to are not competent.
