2 floors, excellent design. The bed is very comfortable, but the sofa is also unfolded below, an orthopedic mattress has already been prepared for it in the room, it is also a pleasure to sleep)

Gentlemen travelers, I will add a fly in the ointment to the positive reviews. Yes, very good location, within a radius of 1km-1.5km all the sights of the city center. There are dozens of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The room is clean enough, everything works and in general there is everything you need, but there are also serious disadvantages:
1. I got room # 11 for 2 of them (attention for 5700 rubles.), very tiny in area, which does not have a refrigerator, microwave, and indeed even a table where you can eat.
2. The room is located on the ground floor, the entrance door to the room is 1 meter from the entrance door to the building. The front door and in general the movement of people is not controlled in any way, there is no staff in the hotel, this is the concept of the hotel.
The night was from Saturday to Sunday and naturally the people vacationing at the hotel had fun and alcoholic time. In order not to close the front door, they put a slipper in the doorway, swore, someone threw someone, sorted things out right at the entrance on the porch just before 3-4 nights. I went out and talked a few times, but people were having fun, they didn't care about me.
The slipper in the doorway just allowed strangers to enter, create noise, and so that you understand there is no noise insulation. A car drove past the house - it is perfectly audible, a guest entered the building and dialed the code on the front door and then his room - it is perfectly audible.
As a result, we did not sleep until 3-4 o'clock in the morning (although in the morning we drove and had a long journey)
In general, the moral is this: if you have iron nerves, you have a heroic sleep- as you lay down on a pillow and you can't be woken up from a cannon, then this place is right for you. But if you, like most normal people, have a light sleep, then the place is not for you, even earplugs do not save. This review is about staying in a specific 11 room, I assume that, plus or minus, a similar situation will be in approximately all rooms on the first floor. I will not speak for the second and third floors.

Excellent location - the historical center of the city, everything is nearby and very beautiful around.
The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is crystal white, there is air conditioning, a kettle, a set of cups, tea/coffee/sugar bags. Soap and gel shampoo are in dispensers in the bathroom. The room area is very small, but we managed to fit a large bed, a table, and an armchair, well done. Wi-Fi is normal, but when leaving the hotel, even for a couple of minutes, when returning to the room, I had to log in every time (enter my username and password) - it was a little annoying.

It's a beautiful place. Beautiful cozy and stylish rooms, convenient location in the heart of the old town, close to all the attractions. Yes, it would probably be a bit noisy with the windows open, but with the windows closed and the air conditioner running, it's normal. From the first time we coped with electronic locks, air conditioning and a TV, really nothing complicated. In the evening, they delicately reminded in the messenger about the eviction. The water is very soft, very straight, a little unusual to take a shower, but an interesting experience)) Overall, a solid five plus!

The hotel is just wonderful! It is a very beautiful design room, it is pleasant to be in it and I want to look at design solutions, we had room 31, we were with 2 children. Everything is very clean, everything is new, the room is attic, two-storey. TV-smart, there is a kitchenette with a stove and dishes, there is tea and coffee. There is a shampoo gel in the shower, a shower and a charcot, and a regular one. Downstairs there is a sofa, I figured out how to disassemble it, upstairs the bed is not king size, but comfortable. They put a playpen-crib, the window from above is closed with blinds, the central ones did not understand how to close. The stairs to the 2nd tier are steep, children need to be watched - this is clear from the photo, but they themselves got aesthetic pleasure. From what you need to keep in mind: there is its own Parking for 2 places for electric vehicles, but you can stand in front of it if there are places. The room was on the 3rd floor - the stroller could not be lifted, they left it in the span, the steps were steep - the youngest child was in his arms or by the hand. The rest of the guests are not visible. Communication via messenger, if you need something. I didn't want to leave, I really liked it, thanks to the hotel I liked the city even more. The location is close to the center (Sovetskaya street). I recommend it!

The hotel parking for 2 cars with electric charges, there is free parking nearby. Room 12 is small, but everything you need is available. Clean, tidy, the bed and pillows are comfortable. We lived in room 21, everything is fine, the hotel is new, the room is fresh. There is everything you need, the interior is pleasant, very cozy. An iron and ironing board are available upon request.
The room is absolutely clean, drinking water flows from the tap, there is an electric kettle.
We went to this hotel on the recommendation and now we will recommend it ourselves. We will definitely come back.

Advantages of the hotel:
- located in the very center of the city, next to a pedestrian street, cafes and restaurants;
- the rooms are modernly renovated, there is a comfortable bed, air conditioning, a kettle (although tap water, but the hotel claims that a cleaning system is installed somewhere and it is crystal clear), a TV, an armchair, a table, soap and shampoo in the bathroom, a hair dryer;
- convenient remote check-in via a combination lock.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
- lack of private parking, except for two places for electric vehicles. On narrow streets, it can be difficult to find something during business hours;
- it's noisy. The hotel is surrounded by roads from two corners, and these are cars passing close to the walls and people passing by. It is especially felt in the corner room (in my case 14);
- the most compact shower cabin, not much to turn around;
- there is no refrigerator;
- there are no places for storing personal belongings: there is no closet, there is nowhere to put your money in the shower;
- when checking in, you need a passport photo, the data just doesn't fit. In the age of electronic scams, it is not very pleasant to forward it;
- at 7.25 am, a reminder in the messenger about which scheme you can check out (it's good when the phone is in silent mode).
This is the case when you definitely can't say either bad or good. It's okay if you just sleep. But the facilities for the hotel are too weak for such a price. I expected more.

This is the first time I've come across an automatic check-in system in a hotel (without reception), but everything turned out to be simple and understandable. For introverts, such a service is generally a godsend :)
The room was small but cozy. Everything is clean and tidy, in many cases even high-tech)
The hotel itself is located in the city center, a stone's throw from the pedestrian street, surrounded by beautiful old houses. The peculiarity of the area is that there are many cafes and restaurants here and the windows of the houses are located quite low, so people from the street can quite freely give you a hand if desired) there were no such cases, but it was unusual)
In this case, the rooms have air conditioning and blackout curtains, if you are confused by passers-by nearby.
In general, if we return to Grodno, we will most likely stay here again.

We rented room 31 at the hotel. The room itself is super, it is clear that everything is new and working properly. It is very convenient that the check-in is contactless.
Of the cons:
1. I would like to have instructions in the room on how to use household appliances (TV, electric stove, coffee machine and air conditioning)
2. The air conditioner hums strongly at night
3. Soft water, those who are used to fresh water will understand. You can wash, but it's not a very pleasant feeling
4. Do not store dirty things in a bag from the store, otherwise it will be taken away as garbage. But everything is fine, everything was returned to us, so for the service 5+
I would like to say separately about the hotel manager... He answered all the questions and immediately called. But I just wish the service was at a higher level and they were understanding.

The word "delight" does not describe the full range of emotions. The hotel is located in the historical center. The interior is made with great taste. We glanced at other rooms - my respects to the designer! The host is responsive: we were unlucky with the hotel in Minsk and we decided to arrive in Grodno a day earlier - we quickly changed our minds, and upon arrival we had a room waiting for us.
