Friendly staff, great service. There was a long renovation that took almost a whole day, and I was able to work right there, even in a separate room. The repair took longer than expected, but there were reasons for this, which were explained quite clearly. I'll come again.

Wonderful service, great cars, nice prices. We rented a car for a family trip (visa ras + novi sad). We were worried that we would face difficulties and hassle. But the guys from vroom are professionals in their field. In their salon, we easily and simply found child seats, booked a car, signed a contract, delivered the car to us, inspected, accepted; after the trip, we handed over the car — everything was very comfortable and friendly, we communicated in Russian, openly and hospitably.
Now, in matters of car rental, we will only contact them. I am sure that we will not find a better service in Belgrade.
We recommend vroom to everyone and recommend the service. Special thanks to manager Andrey, thanks to whom the introduction to the vroom service became such a pleasant discovery for us. We wish the whole company good luck, growth and prosperity, you deserve it! 🤍

Excellent car rental service, I took a Mini Cooper here for the weekend, the car is well-groomed, clean, which is especially pleasant for rental, since not everyone uses the rental normally. Before that, we agreed on everything in a telegram. The office quickly issued, accepted cards, which makes life easier. Obviously, I will come back here more than once, I hope the rental park will only grow.

One of the best rental cars in the Balkans! This is our second year here and we definitely have something to compare it with.
We took a bmw i3 for a day, the car is in perfect condition, clean, with a full battery, inside there are pleasant little things like charging cords.
Excellent service: booking via tg bot, very polite and pleasant managers both in correspondence and in the office. The registration itself took a couple of minutes, the contracts were already printed out. I definitely recommend it to everyone, we will definitely take a car only here for each trip.

Pleasant service, reasonable prices, there are promotions and discounts. Its own territory, large Parking. The polite receptionist explained the cost, requested the necessary part, and gave recommendations after the inspection. A comfortable waiting area, there is coffee, a sofa and a toilet.

The best Russian-speaking service in Belgrade: it is done quickly, efficiently and at reasonable prices, a pleasant customer area is not in the garage. During the repair, it is possible to take a replacement car at a discount. Well, one of the decisive factors for me is high—quality customer service, which unfortunately is so lacking in other Russian-speaking services here.

We learned about Vroom from our Russian guys in Belgrade. We took cars for rides to the New Garden, and then for a week in Montenegro. Rental formalities = 2-3 minutes, deposit or insurance and drove with a full tank on board. It's cool that the park has an economical diesel engine and there is a choice of compact polos or, for example, the wide-ranging rook Passat b8. We took both. The condition of the cars is just super! Rent without fumes and problems, and if you rent with insurance, then maximum relaxation) In general, I recommend it one hundred percent! :) A photo of our swallows after arriving at the villa in Montenegro in addition ;)

Very pleasant service! Spacious and bright reception, friendly staff. We provided a separate room for work during the repair of the car! A large and clean workshop.
A very democratic price tag. I can't say anything about expertise so far, I've only changed the oil, but we were attentive to all the shortcomings identified during the replacement and inspection, and gave adequate recommendations.
I will definitely come back here for repairs and maintenance.
