My master was Natalia. From the very beginning, I had to wait longer than usual in the queue. The master was always distracted by clarifying the relationship with another master and talking on the phone. At the same time, saying that the call is from the authorities. An interesting boss, to whom the daughter and other diminutive words are addressed. Either let the boss not call every five minutes, or explain to the employee the policy of communicating by personal phone during working hours. I came to the barbershop to get a haircut, and not to sit and wait for the master to talk on the phone and with other masters.
Okay, you could have been patient if once or twice, but not so often. I value my personal time, and sitting and waiting for me, your client, to get attention and get one fucking haircut is too much. I would like to keep silent about the quality of the haircut, but they cut it so terribly that it would be better if I cut myself. And it would have been better.
In general, dear ladies and gentlemen, maybe I was so unlucky with the master. But I hope that this salon will train its craftsmen and explain the rules of conduct in the workplace.

The concept of "recording" does not exist here. At first I went a couple of times, everything was fine. I've been calling the last two times, making an appointment, and coming. And for example, I sign up at 12.30 and at 13.00 I need to be in another place. So for the first time I arrive on time, and there someone gets a haircut and I wait 15 minutes, I see that I don't have time and leave. The second time, I come, in 5 minutes, one person gets a haircut and one waits. I think, well, maybe his friend or someone else. No, 2 minutes before my time, a person gets cut and sits down, the one who was sitting in line. Although I signed up. Terrible service, I do not advise those who plan their time. Look for a better one.
The worst service I've ever seen. The administrator allows you to hang up when you try to make an appointment and explain exactly what service is required. Boorish attitude. I was told that the master does not want to give you a manicure tomorrow. The contact details of the head refused to be given in the same boorish manner. I strongly do not recommend it.
The rudeness of the administrator when trying to record is amazing, it feels like a person does not understand Russian at all and hates customers. This is some kind of medieval service.
