It used to be better. The registrar was removed, half of the offices were closed, and there was only one poor doctor's assistant at the site.
I really don't like how the "analysis delivery service" works. I don't know how long to wait, and it's good if they get there, but they can lose (and they've lost more than once). It used to be possible to take tests in one place, but now everything changes almost every month. Awful.
