The first time I was pleasantly surprised: I turned with suspicion of a breakdown and I was accepted after 40 minutes. We checked it for about an hour. Fortunately, nothing serious - minor defects related to metal production were removed. However, on a repeat visit, the service was delayed. My car was parked under the fence for almost 2 hours. But over the coming week, they were reminded daily of the need to arrive on time and not be late. After work, they gave a certificate of completion for signature, despite the fact that the replaced part was not presented, and it was not possible to observe the work: that is, I saw a car in the work area at the end of (allegedly) work. In general, there are enough oddities.
