A chic, cozy, comfortable hotel overlooking the bay and the port of Marina Bodrum. Only for adults, which means that rest in it will be exactly rest, without shouting, noise and unnecessary movement.
A very compact and beautiful territory, which allows you to create a chamber environment for vacationers.
Deep pool, beach - wooden deck, descent into the water by ladders. The bottom, 5-7 meters of stones, then sand, the depth gradually increases.
Bar with quality drinks, 24 hours. On the beach, a QR selection is brought by the waiter. Very decent cocktails.
The food is also on the level. The main restaurant, buffet, in the bar near the beach - lunch A la carte and A la carte by appointment unlimited number of times.
There is a spa and a gym.
There is no animation as such, a DJ from 17.00 and daily evening imported shows.
The rooms, as for me, are ordinary, normal, bathrobes, slippers, safe, gig. accessories in the bathroom, replenished with used drinks and beer mini-bar - everything is there.
The staff is responsive, diligently make the rest of every guest, without exception, pleasant, relaxed and comfortable.
Next to the hotel there is a small pier with boats, on which you can get to the center of Bodrum for 2 bucks. Departure every 30 minutes.
I really liked the hotel, I want to come back. I recommend it for a relaxed, carefree, comfortable stay.
When choosing a room, please note that a room without a balcony is a room in which both the door and the window overlook the corridor - in the photo with chairs, the door and window of such a room.

I don't understand why there are so few reviews.
The hotel is excellent, located on the beach, very beautiful views. There are many approaches to the sea, including the approach from the bridge into the sand.
The hotel is extreme, located on a mountain that is not visible at all (by the way, there are windmills on this mountain within walking distance, which are included in the sights), but we never got there. In order for the room to face the sea, it is necessary to take care of earlier, it is better immediately upon purchase (the people who decided to save money and agree here on the spot could not do it because the hotel asked for $ 60 per day for the view)
The food is of the same type, you can't really walk around, I'm a fan of fish, I've never seen it here for breakfast. But you will definitely not stay hungry, there is always something to eat.
Alcohol is poured normally, but cocktails are not always delicious.
The animation is weak and lasts 2 hours. On the first day, acrobats arrived and jumped for 2 hours, the next day the singer sang. This animation is enough for no more than 30 minutes.
I was very pleased that each sunbed has a QR code by which you can order anything and they will bring you straight to the sunbed, you do not need to run anywhere.
From the hotel on the edge, there is not a large ship that will take you to the other side of the bay for 100 lire ($ 3). There is a place to walk and what to see, the boat goes every 15 minutes from there and returns at one o'clock in the morning (sail for 10 minutes).
Our Russian-speaking manager Diana kindly left her number and answered questions on the first day, later she simply did not get in touch.
It is better to book Ala cards immediately on the day of check-in, especially if you have not arrived for a long time. The food there is delicious, although the portions are small, but you can order as much as you want.
In general, the hotel is nice and cozy, everything you need is here. It's 15 minutes to the center, as everyone who walked says, and 15 minutes to swim by boat. Nice hotel, I recommend it. And she would still come back)))

The private hotel in Bodrum is a fairy tale!!! The service is beyond praise!!! The staff is always ready to make your stay even more enjoyable! Views from the rooms! The sea is like a tear!!!The hotel itself is not far from Bodrum - a 15-minute walk. There is a boat from the hotel to the port-6 minutes. The hotel is 16+ so there is no animation, which is very pleasing. Live jazz and soul music in the evenings. Mediterranean cuisine!

The views, the panorama to the other side of Bodrum is simply fabulous. This view just makes you fall in love with this area. The old hotel is undergoing renovation in 2000. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and Russian-speaking. There are 40 percent of Russian vacationers . It seemed so to me. The rest is calm, quiet, moderate, you immediately tune in. The entertainment program is weak. Sometimes there was a good one . The sea has given me fish that are not afraid of people, and starfish. I would recommend my parents to go to the hotel. Their age is 60+

We stayed at the hotel for 8 nights (from October 14th).
Upon arrival at the hotel, bell boy met us at the car (who also escorted us to the room after registration).
We were greeted at the reception with a welcome cocktail and dessert. A Russian-speaking receptionist, Diana, came out to us right away. A very polite and attentive girl. She told me about the hotel and answered all the questions. We have been added to the WhatsApp chat with the room number to resolve any issues related to the rest. Several times during the stay, we used the contact with the administrator. The issues were resolved within a few minutes.
Our room was on the 3rd floor, overlooking the sea. There was a magnificent view of the bay, the fortress of St. Petersburg.Petra. The room was well maintained, with a declared (replenished) minibar: Efes beer, Cola of three types of calories, Fanta, Sprite, mineral and carbonated water, plus drinking water. In the bathroom: shampoo, conditioner, shower gel.
The room was cleaned every day, towels were also changed daily.
We really liked the hotel itself: the beach, the location, the service, the variety of dishes and high-quality imported alcohol.
We really liked the Coffee House beach bar. Bartenders Burak and Mustafa made excellent cocktails.
Wi-fi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. Relaxing on the beach, each umbrella was equipped with a QR code, pointing at which the menu opened and you could order any drink on the beach. Orders were delivered within 5 minutes.
The waiters in the main restaurant are polite and friendly. Many people understand and speak Russian. Upon arrival at the table, a glass of water was filled for each guest. They were interested in what drinks the guest prefers (tea, coffee, carbonated drinks) and brought them to the table. Wine was mainly offered from alcohol, but it was possible to order separately from the bar.
There were several types of meat and fish every day. Fresh juices for breakfast.
We also visited the A la carte restaurant (by appointment). A separate menu. It is very beautiful and delicious.
The Lobby bar on the 5th floor had a gorgeous view from the balcony, the bar was open around the clock.
There was a boat from the hotel pier to the Bodrum embankment, the cost was 100 lira per person, with a frequency of 10-15 minutes, until midnight.
Thanks to this chic hotel and the helpful staff, our stay has become wonderful and unforgettable. We will definitely come back.

This is the first line in the Bay of Bodrum, an 18+ hotel, at first it did not seem to correspond to 5*, but you have to understand that this is the Aegean coast. It's all in the details. The food was everything I love, proper nutrition, no questions asked. But get ready for the fact that every day the show is a program that can be heard everywhere. The show is on the level, but it must be understood that the hotel has a small territory, and half of the beach level is just the stage and the space in front of it. For a vacation without children, it's the best thing. To fall asleep before midnight is unlikely)

Chipped dishes, dirty and scratched glasses, curtains of different lengths, no longer reached the hands to take pictures (dirty walls, broken chairs on the balcony, non-working light bulbs, a working lock on the front door to the room every other time, rolled towels, both numbered and beach towels, etc.), it was also necessary to additionally ask for bathrobes Take your own brushes and paste, they are not given out here either. If you want to taste seafood, you are not here, grilled meat is served and an endless amount of pastries and sweets - we ate the same type of menu all week. The pool is not heated, the sea is cold, we were promised a guide all week, we never saw him, Diana was in touch all the time, who I do not know who she is, apologized and tried to answer some questions, but in general I did not see interest in visiting guests, we organized outings from the hotel as best we could. The prices are high, the service is average, in some places there is no service at all. There are no normal sandy beaches, the private has a pontoon, also keep in mind. We decided to walk to the windmills not far from the hotel, so we saw mountains of garbage and piss mills 👍🏻 I will probably highlight only 3 advantages, these are seals, a view of the bay with yachts and unlimited cocktails at the bar.
But I want to single out 3 people from the staff who made our vacation better: the girl in the lobby Kauhar, the waiter in the restaurant Osman, the bartender by the pool Kairat. That's all. We will not return to Bodrum. Thank you.

A question for the beach: the garbage on the bottom is visible, also between the pontoon and the buoys I saw 3 car tires on the bottom. Don't even expect to see healthy food there!

Result... It looks like the hotel came out of the Voyage grid... it has deteriorated completely.

We rested here in September 2023. Upon entering room 411, they immediately noticed a broken door in the shower cabin, it stood crookedly and was motionless. Every day, Room service tried to resuscitate it during cleaning, to put it more evenly, but after a few minutes the door fell in again and did not perform its function, it just needed to be replaced. On the 7th day of our stay at the hotel, while taking a shower, a door fell on me and cut my whole body with glass: chest, arms, legs. The blood did not stop for several hours. A piece of meat with skin was cut off on his arm. The hotel management wrote to our tour operator that there were no violations on their part and the hotel was not to blame for the current situation, since we did not report the breakdown. I just want to ask: are you guys serious? Do your employees mask a broken door every day instead of fixing it, and it's our fault because we didn't report it? Maybe we will rest, since we have come to rest, and everyone will do their job? The attitude of the hotel killed me. There are also no designated smoking areas here, you can smoke everywhere: on the beach (since the hotel territory is small, and 80 percent or more of smoking tourists smoke constantly, then cigarette smoke is permanent from all sides, it is unbearable to breathe), and in a beach cafe (where they eat, there and they smoke), and in the narrow corridor where the door of our room went out and the smoke got into our room, there was nowhere to hide from it.

The hotel itself is very old, of course it is kept clean and tidy, but ... the rooms are small with full sound insulation. There is really no territory, just a beach and a small pool.
The fitness room is a mockery, dead gym equipment in a tiny territory.
The food is quite good, the choice is not cosmic, but there is. Alcohol is not the worst for a Turkish hotel, they make an honest aperol syringe. There is a city nearby, you can reach it on foot, min 2.0, and by boat -taxi. There is no animation, dubious concerts in the evenings. Entrance to the sea from a pontoon, comfortable.
