A good hotel, helpful staff, breakfasts at a strong level, everything is there, they ask in advance. The staff is friendly, if you ask something, they will always tell you what to do and how to do it. The rooms are clean, there is Wi-Fi, they clean every day, change the accessories in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Anwar Aka is the hotel manager, he knows every corner in Ferghana and the Ferghana region, he suggested how to get there faster and where to stop to eat. Sincere people.

Excellent hotel, cozy, fresh, adequate and conscientious staff! I want to say a special thank you to the hotel manager, unfortunately I did not remember his name, a gray-haired man of about 60 years old. We were in Fegan on a business trip, we stopped in late on the first day, left the car in the parking lot, went to bed, and left the next morning on business. Upon arrival at the room, the manager said that he noticed a large oil stain on our parking space.. We went and looked under the car and found a leak, the manager told us where we could show the car to the master at such an hour. Upon arrival, it turned out that our hydraulics were almost out of order, they were repaired. I do not know how we would get back to Tashkent through the pass, it is a very dangerous passage.. Maybe he saved our lives.. Thank you very much again if you read it.. Sincerely, Eugene!

I have been working in Uzbekistan for more than 1.5 months. I visited all the regional centers. One thing is for sure - in Ferghana, I will only stay here. The homely and spiritual atmosphere reigning here is worth a lot. The conditions are beyond praise, thanks to the staff for this!!!

It's a very cool place. Firstly, it is REALLY warm in the room. The service is at the highest level. The breakfasts here are sooo delicious and rich in assortment. Even if they have breakfast before 10 a.m., they are still waiting for you, they will give you everything hot and delicious. In a word, IT'S A REALLY COOL PLACE. Recommend. I'm a real person, not some kind of copywriter))) I stayed here a few times myself, even if I had hotels and was closer to work. And then the staff, well, just like they treat their relatives)) very kind people

Great place! Everything is at the highest level! Nice new rooms, cleaning and changing of towels every day! We had a family vacation with a child for 4 years. We have traveled all over Uzbekistan, but this hotel is the best!!! Good staff and hostess, friendly, always ready to help! They didn't take a place for the child, but they gave us everything we needed for her. Good breakfasts... Thank you so much for such a welcome and service! If we are still in your area, we will definitely come to you!!! I recommend it to everyone!!!

The staff is wonderful, the breakfasts are generous, the bed is excellent, the owner helped to visit the mountain pass and the silk mill. There is a transfer to the airport. There is an excellent tea house opposite the hotel, where samsa is cooked in a real tandoor. It's amazing how delicious it is, but the price is ridiculous.

The comment is boiled. I booked food from Andijan, replied there is a place and booked. Upon arrival, it turned out that there was no place and they could offer VIP, which is much more expensive.
I do not recommend it, it looks like a hostel. The staff is boiled.
